Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good morning!
Happy Pine's Day!
Just a quick hello this morning, I'll be heading out soon for an early doctor appointment. I'll probably run a couple of errands afterward so I don't have to go back out again. Other than that I'll be working on my daily chores.
We got an email from the animal hospital yesterday, after reviewing Molly's case they determined that what was done did not seem out of line or mishandled. They will not issue a refund based on that. The case is now being submitted to a third party veterinarian to arbitrate. I don't understand how a misdiagnosis is not considered out of line or mishandled. It's so frustrating and I'm very angry. I don't know, part of me wants to just let it go because nothing is going to bring my dog back. I'll let you know what happens.

Good Morning MMC !
a chilly start to my day as it is only 8c (46f), I opened the windows when I got up but thinking I am going to close them again.

A day off so going to be baking and cleaning running to the store doing some computer work and of course the ever popular nothing at all !

Right now I am enjoying a mug of tea and cuddling with Penny.

I agree wholeheartedly with you: by definition, a misdiagnosis means someone dropped the ball. I hope the arbitrator sees it your way. It's as much about accountability as it is about the money at this point.

wow that is so frustrating. I agree with you someone so mishandled this. Do not let it go, that is what they want you to do, keep fighting, we are with you ((((HUGS))))

Heat and humidity up a bit yesterday, but still not too bad for July here in the South. We had a bit of rain early, but otherwise it was dry and relatively sunny.
Should be a repeat today and it has commenced at 77 degrees.

Milestone day
Brad's birthday
and Pluto day!

I watched the streaming of the New Horizon's phone home to NASA, I was excited to see everything went to plan. I can't wait to see the pictures it took of Pluto during the flyby, should start to see them tomorrow. This was the last one taken before the flyby.

Back to work in the am, 3 more days to go before the vacation. Excitement is really building now.

I know, isn't that soooo cool???? I really loved that comparison that NASA/ JPL did on their website that shows exactly what the size of Pluto is and one of it's moons to that of Earth. I really love that kind of stuff. Did you know that after Pluto, it's off to the unknown reaches of the galaxy?
