Days to Christmas Day: 157

Can the first number indicate that the 100-day Season Window will open just TWO WEEKS FROM TOMORROW?

Drippy-humid yesterday. Got most of my outside work done in the morning and even then it wasn't very pleasant.
(Hey, Mother Nature. We could use a little relief here!)
We stand just under 78 degrees at this hour here in the capital city.

The temps have hit the triple digits and looks like it will stick around. I was enjoying summer up until then! Yes, I am going to whine but since I don't whine about anything else I need something to be whiny about! Ha ha!!! It's just not fun when you step outside and can't breath! It's so hot that we don't even see kids outside playing.
You know what though??? With all this heat, it makes me dream of Christmas even more so as my grandpa always said and I live by this, "there is a silver lining behind every cloud"! So there! No more whining!!!

I feel the same way! I'm so ready for fall and Christmas! This heat just makes me tired and even itchy and gross. But-it'll be over in just a few short months! And then it will be the most wonderful time of the year!!
