This upcoming Christmas will be the last for my wife and me as a couple...as she is expecting with our first child. WE ARE BECOMING A FEW!!! (get it... bad joke). Her "due date" is February 4th. Hopefully the baby won't come on the day of the Super Bowl!!!

Apparently both London and i had the bus times mixed up so we missed the bus they were supposed to be on and now we have to wait for the next one that won't be here for another 50
mins. London is so tired now she doesn't even want to be bothered about going and just wants to go home. She wasn't all that thrilled about going earlier to be honest. My Lizzy just wants to see her daddy and i just want to make it back home before it rains, which according to how my luck has been with rain lately won't happen.

Hope everyone is having a better evening than i am. Lol

Just an update on my father-in-law, Ken.
He had an okay day. Still in pain, but not as severe. He had tests done by the neurologist today, hopefully we will get those results soon. They want to keep him for observation, and don't believe they'll be releasing him tomorrow either.

Good Morning, MMC!!! It's a beautiful sunny morning here with a temp of 61 degrees right now. We should top out around 80 later this afternoon. Mom is doing pretty good. Walking with her cane now and getting some of her energy back. I never made it to the grocery yesterday so I want to head there soon and then back home to do some cleaning. First I'm going to take something for my head before it explodes. Darn allergies. I hope everyone is having a GREAT FRIDAY!!!!!

Busy day for me. My middle daughter has a couple of aesthetician interviews lined up for today, her car went in for service so I'm going to take her to both. I'm sitting in the car right now waiting for her to come out of the first interview. Would love to see her get this one, what a beautiful medical spa. I forgot to mention my oldest was already hired by a dermatologist office, we're so excited for her. Anyway, I have my brother and SIL coming over tonight for dinner. I still have to stop at the supermarket to pick up a few things. I have cooking and cleaning to do as well. I'll pop back in here when I get a chance. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Good morning MMC! Happy, Happy Friday! My car said 58º when I pulled in to work this morning! FIFTY eight! Really??

Had a good night last night with Mom & Mom #2 (my best friends mom - my neighbor growing up) cutting nylon strips & rolling it up to make scrubbies. We did that in Moms basement. I think Mom enjoyed that as well as Fritzy! My mom is going to make an afghan for me for the new sun room. I could make it myself, but I want to have another afghan made by mom! I looked on FB to see Ben Franklin's hours. Said they were open til 9, so I took off to go buy yarn. I got there at 8:30 ~ closed! Really?! So I'll go back this afternoon. Mom is almost finished (she is probably finished by now) with the afghan she is currently working on, so I need to get her some yarn so she has something to do this weekend if she wants too! (and before somebody else sneaks in there with yarn & an afghan request!)
