I don't blame you.The chemists offer them here also. I always tend to forget about the whole thing but now that you guys brought it up, I'll be thinking about it.

I have to get it each season because I work with elderly folks-mandatory! I've had it the last two seasons and it's not been bad at all. I haven't gotten the flu again since three years ago!

Afternoon all,
My throat is getting more sore by the hour and I am feeling a little achy. Took some Vitamin C and Zinc. Hoping to fight this thing of or at least get over it quickly if I can't.

Making plans for the new boiler to be installed. Apart from the shock of the expense it will be really good to have one of these modern ones. You can control it with a remote or mobile device like phone or tablet etc. I like the convenience of it all!

Hope you're having a good day so far! I am a little closer to Friday now that its almost 3pm. Is that the time!!!! Got to pick up my son !

This day last year around 1 in the afternoon, my Dad died. As was our custom, I was on the phone with him at 9:30 that morning. He was talkative that day but I cut him off so I could go back to work. I was unbelievably stupid and selfish with no idea of what is important and what is not.

So sorry, mgramsey. I'm sure that's hard to remember today. I'm also sure your dad knew how much you loved him. Thinking of you today and hoping you can find some peace.

first update on LIttleCS....she says thanks for the thoughts and prayers. Xrays show she has a pinched nerve. She will be going for physio and continuing on her meds for awhile yet.

Pocket is no longer with us, she was 14 years old.Health Problems with her have made it necessary to have her put down. She was always such a sweet cat
