OK. Today's numbers......and the prelude to a shock:
Days to the Season: 51
Days to Christmas Day: 93
Nothing look shocking to you?
Well, perhaps you haven't considered this -- that we are down to just 2 days to the THREE-FOURTHS Milestone marker to Christmas Day.
(Don't know about you, but I find the speed with which this year has passed to be little short of shocking!)
Right comfortable here yesterday, with enough cloud cover to mute the sun and hold down the temps without any rain actually falling. Easy on the eyes without the glare!
This morning has begun at 67 degrees with clear conditions.
OK. Visit the 'Pines at your own risk this evening.
Today is the first day of Autumn and Carl recognizes it. A "harmless little game" is planned called "Don't Fall For It". (I believe the title contains its own warning!)
Regardless, whatever entertainment is to be presented you can rest assured of frantic fun and fantastic frivolity.
I'll take the chance and plan to attend. How about you?

Greetings everyone it's Joyfull here. It's been quite a while, and I can't remember when the last time I left a comment or a message. It's been quite the year, many stresses, downs, sometimes down right "nuts". But I am at a better place now, and have been thinking of you guys here at MMC!
I'm sorry, I didn't keep in touch, but I was emotionally in a chaotic state all summer, and the spring......but now Fall is coming and soon you know what will be here.
I thought I should get back in touch because I did not want anyone to think that "maybe" something terrible happened and that I passed on.

Whoa, I see a WHOLE lot of CHANGES to the web-site!!!!!!!
I don't know what to think about it all. I was just getting to manipulate the "old" site fairly well, but now this really scares me!!!!! Where are all the happy, stickers we could place on our comments, have they all been blown away by a SuperSnow Storm?
It's good to see some old familiar faces here, like: Homemaking Girl, Snowflake22, Christmas 365, Festive Spirit, and many others!!!!!!
OH!!!!! I just stumbled upon the "FACES" my old characters!!!!!!!! Now I feel a bit at home!!!!!!!

What a wonderful and exciting day today is! I've got work today and church tonight, but tomorrow is a day I took off! So excited to have a day to myself!!!

Love these cool mornings and warm days.
Work again today, then have to process a pile of apples someone blessed me with. Did some of them last night into apple sauce for the freezer. I think I will make some into apple pie filling too,

Awesome that the cost to repair your car was a little less to fix. I'm glad it's running well!! I hope your spider vacates your car soon! EEK!I got my wheels back before lunch and it was $100.00 less than I was expecting. Wow, did it ever drive nice. I feel bad now that I didn't believe there was a problem, I just thought the clunking was the camp chairs I store in the trunk just rattling around. I'll go back Monday to get them to tork the wheels.
My car is on the right, the car on the left belongs to my son. (To make room for the family SUV and my grandson's truck.)
I've only had the car for just over 3 years, can't believe how much I missed it in just a day.
The spider is still with me. My husband said I should just take the brush or a paper towel and get it out of there, but I don't understand why he doesn't move to the cedar hedge right near my car. I think I have a "special needs spider".

That's great that you got another awesome Leslie dvd! I have quite a collection of them myself! I just need to put them in the dvd player - they don't do much good stored away in the cabinet. LOL
