What a gorgeous afternoon! Amazing it's so nice outside after the cold start this morning!!! I hung clothes out on the line at lunch - felt almost like summer out there! I'm kicking myself for not taking this afternoon off. I have plenty of stuff to get done at home! Ah well...only another hour to go!

Dealing with stress is one of the biggest skills I've tried to learn. Hope you're not feeling too stressed. I found out today next month I am going to with my 3 co-workers give a little presentation to the management committee. Talk about stress? But I know the 6 of them well and they are all cool (except for 1...there's ALWAYS 1 isn't there? .

Snowflake- My first boxer, Max had a heart murmur and it never effected him at all. I really think if it was a high grade murmur Harlowe would show signs by now. ((HUGS)) I know how worrisome it can be when they mention something could be wrong.

Great news about the stroller HMG! I am sure Maggie will love it. We must be on the save wave length today...we are having beef stew too! It is in the crock pot as I type this! Have a good day!

I hope that's what Harlowe's is, too.
The vet is concerned because her breed is known for them, and mitral valve problems/heart disease. I'm praying she will defy it and prove them wrong!

I took a drive over lunch, and scoped out a few neighborhoods that have homes for sale.
We've started looking at a few in the past two weeks, and if I'm unfamiliar with the areas of town,or neighborhoods, I try to check them out first so I don't waste anyone's time when setting up the showings.
It is so beautiful out there right now, being at our peak.

Just a few hours till Friday, Whoo hoo, come on weekend, we need you!

Happy Thursday. The weather here is improving. Looking at the 10 day forecast, today is the last day with temps in the 70s. After that highs in the mid 60s, lows in the 30s with frost this weekend. Finally some fall weather.
Tomorrow our son comes home for 4 days on fall break. We have been waiting for him to come home to watch the 4th season of Longmire on Netflix. We will do some binge watching and see the whole season in a couple of nights, with no commercials. Also plan to sit by the fire pit grilling hotdogs and marshmallows in the evenings. Should be some good family time.

Nancy and I LOVE Longmire! We were upset when it was cancelled (AMC?) last year, but I'm glad Netflix picked it up! Nancy wants to binge-watch it, but I'm making her stretch it out. LOL
