Sounds like a fun weekend ahead!! Have fun at Yankee candle! I noticed Christmas candles out at Ben Franklin last night. I didn't pick any up, but I did pick up a couple more vanilla bourbon tarts!! Love those!

It even comes with a cardboard cutout mustache on the back of the box. The boys loved that

Wow congrats on 50 years. These days it seems like 5 years is even a big thing. 50 is so impressive. I like their attitude. It's something I've tried to become more and more over the years and continue to strive to be like that (laid back go with the flow put things in perspective type).

The two most important word in marriage are: "Yes, dear."

Are you a online shopper than during the holiday season or do you face the crowds? It's weird I like being in the mall during the holidays...but only to hang out and look more. I'd rather buy stuff online so there's no pressure being in the stores that time of year with the crowds.

As I am getting older I prefer online shopping. With my anxiety I cannot deal with large crowds too well anymore.

Went out to get a few things this evening, and the Home Depot has most of their Christmas stuff out. Couldn't resist buying a few extra light strings and a few other items (much to the amusement of the cashier). Michaels and A.C. Moore are showing a lot of Christmas stuff, too ... wish I'd had more time to look around. Too shy to take photos, though ... sorry.

Went to the doctors this morning and got sent to the hospital. Have to go back to the hospital first thing tomorrow morning

Not too much to report here tonight, just one of those nights that makes you understand why some animals eat their young. My oldest is so moody, we think his hormones are taking off because he is unable to control his emotions lately, the beginning stages of his teen years.
I can actually celebrate a Friday tomorrow. Wooohooo!

I took a drive over lunch, and scoped out a few neighborhoods that have homes for sale.
We've started looking at a few in the past two weeks, and if I'm unfamiliar with the areas of town,or neighborhoods, I try to check them out first so I don't waste anyone's time when setting up the showings.
It is so beautiful out there right now, being at our peak.

It's a good idea to get in the frame of mind for house hunting even if you don't plan to start seriously till next year. Moving is always stressful but finding your dream home - priceless.

As I am getting older I prefer online shopping. With my anxiety I cannot deal with large crowds too well anymore.

I also do the bulk of my shopping online too. I even do my grocery shopping online now and I can;t ever go back. When I go out to the shops now it's purely to enjoy the atmosphere without the stress. Best of both worlds.

Hope your eldest in a better mood soon. You are probably right with it being hormones. I have all this to come. Hang in there, I imagine this is tough on you and him.

How exciting! YOu have also reminded me that I need new window lights and I need those before Halloween as I usually have them on that day! I'll get on that today. Glad to hear the water heater is fixed. Thank goodness.

Yes, moving can be a pain.

I'm just glad that we're not moving across the country this time! And in between Christmas & New Year's. Now that was a nightmare.
It's fun to look for us, on our schedule. And wonderful to be able to be our agent this time around.
