Christmas Countdown - 2015

While I truly love Halloween, I am excited for tomorrow. For my family and me, the Christmas season begins tomorrow! Tomorrow morning the Halloween decor comes down, both inside and outside.
Next Friday, the kids and I have school off... so, the inside Christmas decor comes out of the shed. My six year, Henry, and I will start to put up the decorations in the living room. I will check all of the lights and get ready to put up the 1st of 6 Christmas. The 1st tree will go up on Saturday the Nov. 7th.

Days to Christmas Day: 57 ( Below EIGHT weeks, now!)

Really starting to close in, now.


Continued coolish, but dry with plenty of sun to go around.
This morning has commenced chilly at 47 degrees but we should warm up into the 60's shortly.

It's 5:14 and night has fallen so I imagine we should get our first trick or treaters soon. Pumpkins have been carved and lit! I am so glad the weather cleared up and is unusually mild. It's perfect because the kids won't need coats. My eldest is dressed up as Darth Vader and my youngest as Batman. We will go out trick or treating in about an hour.

I am just loving today so much as I am sure the rest of you are too!

Mr. reports that the local supermarket is showing very little Halloween today ... they're switching over to Christmas displays!

I noticed our shops had condensed all halloween down to one little area yesterday and staff were setting up for christmas !
