I am in a Christmas mood! We have tons of snow here and no Christmas to add to it! Was a good weekend. Got to see my friends from Australia. They came down for a little visit. Just watching a ppv wrestling event right now. Burning my SNOW Yankee Candle. Well back to my ppv. Have a good evening everyone!

Good evening,


The snow came and left about 5 inches, but we did not get the ice thankfully.
I went out and shoveled and roof raked again. The temps got up to 36*f, it felt so warm I shoveled without my jacket on. cheesy
Tomorrow we will be below zero again and a high of 8f. Mother Nature is such a tease.

Not much more happened besides that today.

Back to work in the morning. Yay...

Good evening everyone! We're back from the game, Islanders lost. In fact it was a shutout. Just wasn't their night. Still had fun though! Getting ready to turn in. Everyone heads back to school & work tomorrow except for me, I don't go back till Tuesday. I'm worried about all of that ice out there. So much snow melted today but the temperatures have now dropped again. Hope everyone stays safe. Goodnight!

Well...., I thought I would sleep good tonight, I woke up about 15 minutes ago, with a really bad headache. Which is really odd, I don't usually don't get a lot of those and to get one, that wakes me up, really weird.

Anyhow, I came down stairs here and took some Ibuprofen and drank some water and I turned on TV, started scrolling thru the guide and on IFC, Chevy Chase Christmas Vacation is on right now!!! Yes, now I think it was all meant to be, something woke me up to tell me to come downstairs and watch the Christmas movie....:thumbsup:

Soooo, as we all know, TV stations play commercials, that companies pay to have people watch them on TV. So, then wouldn't it make more sense, to play those commercials during time frames, when the normal person, would be up and be able to watch them, instead of playing them at 2:00 in the morning, when the normal person is sound asleep.....

just a little pondering at 2 am!!!

LOL!! Well there are us night owls that watch tv late at night plus its only 11pm on the west coast!! It all just depends on the audience you are trying to reach.
