ok.. it is all packed away.. ALL of it.. have one final box to get in a closet- but the basement is shut tight for another year- sigh.. alot of work.. but I am done... season 2014 put to rest.....

It will be here before we know it!!!! Only 202 days until CIJ!!!!!!!

Good evening!
I went shopping with my daughter this afternoon and we ended up spending a few hours at the mall. I'm exhausted, I haven't stopped running all day. I'm glad I got to spend some one on one time with her though, that doesn't seem to happen often enough. Anyway, we found some really good deals today, I just love after Christmas sales. And of course I had to pick up more ornaments. Lord & Taylor has 75% off, some were as low as $2.50. And I found another Yorkie ornament, I love it.
Anyway, I hope tomorrow is a more relaxing day. It's supposed to rain all day so it will be a perfect day to stay in.

yes as they get older time spent with them is not so abundant, even less when they move out on their own. So nice you had the day together.

Looks like the snow has turned to all rain and sleet here, I am sure the roads are a sloppy mess.

I am heading to bed soon, I am very tired tonight and have to get back into the swing of things heading back to work on Monday.

we had the ice rain still this morning but now temps are on the rise, it is just rain now and fog is rolling in.

Stay warm, Buddy!!!! You can keep that cool air up there too. I don't need below zero temps on Wednesday on top of 3 to 5 inches of snow on Tuesday.

just notice we are now under a snow squall watch and the temps are going way down again -22c (-7f) tonight. Time to find the shovel back!

Steeling myself to pack away decorations tomorrow. I was so sad looking at the tree tonight, knowing that when I turned off the lights I won't see it beautifully lighted after dark until next season. But it's time for me to put this Christmas away and make way for the next one.

The hard part is starting!
my place now looks like the Who homes after the Grinch stole CHristmas ! Need to get busy and clean up. I started in and bent to pick up something and got a sharp pain in my lower back, ouch ! So sitting again for awhile. Took an aleve tablet so hopefully it settles soon.

Well friends, I'm going to head to bed. As for the NFL season, the Steelers are done, but we'll still partake in the Super Bowl as we always do!
