Well mom's 3 month trend holds true. Back at the ER with drooping face, numbness, and total right side weakness. I can answer the nurses questions before they even ask them.

They have mom back for the MRI right now. I'm 99% certain it will be clear and that we are just dealing with another TIA. I made her come though because she was complaining of her tongue being numb which doesn't usually happen with the weaker ones.

Thanks Snowflake. She's so sweet. Her nose is pretty beat up, I hope it heals quickly. I'm so glad she's safe and sound now.



Thank you so much Sam. The dogs are doing ok, just the usual coughing and wanting to go out in the middle of the night. I'm getting old, I need my sleep!

Hope your mom is back to her normal self very quickly! How frustrating that has to be for you guys! Not that a TIA isn't serious, but I'm glad it wasn't something more! Continued prayers!

Thanks sugar! Doc thinks he has a pinched nerve somewhere in his back. More tests tomorrow & then a follow up on Friday. Doc says he is at a high risk of fall, so he needs to use a walker & not get up any more than needed. No treadmill, nothing. Can't make our chicken (which I think that bothers him the most - lol)

Soooo tonight I decide to make meatloaf for supper! Haven't made that for probably 2 years or more!!! My hubby normally gets home from work around 7:30. After work I take Gracie for a walk...

Yes she got another bath:




I get home from our walk & hubby texts that he's on his way home!! REALLY??? He was home by 6:10 & the meatloaf wasn't even in the oven yet...has to bake 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hrs! Geez! I really think he does that on purpose. Seems like every time I make something that has to bake a long while, he comes home early! cheesy MEN!!! :lol:

Made, praying for your mom and that they can come up with a way to prevent these from happening again.

It has been a quiet day here. I figured out finally that if I keep taking my pain meds when I should I do fairly well. I stopped taking them because I hate taking meds and thought I would be fine. Once I started taking them again I was.

Supervisor called today to see if I had my schedule and to see how I was doing. It is nice to work someplace where they are actually concerned about the people who work there.

It was a very nice sunny day here and will be much the same for the rest of the week. Going to enjoy that!

Yikes, poor guy. A Pinched nerve can be excruciating. Sending up more prayers.
