Christmas Countdown - 2015

Well, Lets try to find some positives out of all this:

• It's a whole lot easier building an igloo.....
• You don't need a freezer any longer, just open the door and place the leftovers in a snow bank....
• You can ski to work or hitch up the dog team.....
• Another reason to keep your Christmas lights up and on till spring...:lol:

My lights are still on the roofline, but unplugged. My yard trees are frozen to the ground and under a few feet of snow, but unplugged also.

He hasn't posted exactly where's he at. Just that there's a Dunkin Donuts nearby because Cantore's run on Dunkin. (I wonder if they paid him for that)

There are Dunkin Donuts everywhere in Massachusetts, even some small towns around me have 2 Dunkins. It's like Starbucks out west.

You know what I was really thinking about for Valentines Day, is some chocolate dipped Strawberries from Godiva Chocolate... Just for a starter....:thumbsup:

Well, well, now. A truly warm day yesterday, and we surpassed the 70 degree mark for the first time in months.
Should be almost as warm today, but rain is possible.
We stand just over 52 degrees at this hour here in the capital city.

Good morning! My the bed felt extra comfortable this morning (more than usual), so I decided that I feel sick (not literally, but of work) and so I called out this morning sick....

I think that I'm just going to just hang around the house here today and do some paperwork, continue working in the basement and then maybe go to the dump later on to get rid of some of my construction debris.

We are expecting freezing rain, sleet & snow throughout the day. As of right now the schools have a two hour delay. My youngest has a class later this evening, I'm hoping that will just be cancelled. We'll see what happens. I don't have too much going on otherwise, I just plan on working on some chores around the house. I hope everyone keeps warm and stays safe in the wintry weather.
