I woke up this morning to at least 6 inches of fresh snow on the ground, so I had to shovel the driveway before leaving. We are expecting more tomorrow night, more of a mix of ice and snow though.

Very slow day at work, we got a lot accomplished.

I got home from work today to find a very slow drip, drip, drip from behind the new toilet I installed. Ahhhhh shoot! I had to turn the water valve off, drain the tank, take it apart and there it was, the darn gasket between the tank and the bowl, did not seat properly, when I installed it. So, I put it all back together, hoping and praying that this time I got it right, turned the water valve back on and no drips, so far. The real test is what will happen during the night....

Looks like we are supposed to get another multi-day winter storm here again. it starts out as another ice event, starting tomorrow afternoon, then Wednesday it changes over to rain and then Thursday it changes to a heavy snow. Merry and xmas gets the snow, I get the ice......Ahhhhh, oh well, no since of fretting over nothing that I can't do anything about, right? The snow, ice and freezing rain, it all eventually melts at sometime.

I hope the gasket is seated right this time and you don't have any more problems!!!

My daughter is feeling a bit better today, thank God. She's still uncomfortable though, especially when she eats. I'm praying she's on the mend. It's been a week and she's already lost weight that she can't afford to lose. She has an appointment with a gastroenterologist tomorrow afternoon. Thank you so much for asking!

Dad is POSSIBLY being released today - xx. Still unsure, but it's a possibility! That place is so messed up, can't wait for him to get out of there!! We witnessed a 1 car accident on our way home Saturday night - car went over an embankment & ended up under a bridge on a frozen river. 3 people were transported by squad & driver was okay! Scared the bejeezus out of me!! I can still see that car going over. Ahhhhhhhh! They went for a ride.

Ok - hate to fly already, but it's almost lunch time!!

Hope your dad got released today! That's scary about that accident - glad to hear those people were okay!

I hope you all are doing well and I haven't missed any big news. I miss you all but things are hectic.

I am so excited to reach March! It feels like we are moving forward to the season now. Now we just need Spring to get here!

My first wild rose has bloomed. It was quite the sight to see the deep red sprinkled with white snow yesterday - wish I had taken a photo now!

Anyway, I have to go start some work. Take care everyone.
