Good morning and happy Friday to everyone!!! Hope everyone is doing well. It looks as though it is going to be a gorgeous day here and no rain is in the forecast for a week! I started back to work today after having the last couple days off. I will probably have to work the next eight days which won't be much fun, but we leave for vacation next Saturday! It's delicious, I'm sure you'll love it. Super easy too. Top it off with grated parmesan cheese and don't forget the crusty Italian bread to dunk in to your bowl!

Thin soups don't do it for me either. This one is pretty hearty, it's filled with beef, pasta and beans. Add a pizza and everyone is happy!

Good luck & have fun planning it!! I'm sure it will be lovely.

We are taking Mom out to one of her favorite Chinese restaurants. At first, she suggested take out from there, and then to hang out at home to celebrate. But she's getting around so well, and graduated from the walker to a cane, that she wants to go out! So, it should be fun!

I love Chinese food, I have to go soon. A few P.F. Chang's have opened up here on the island, they have an amazing gluten free menu so I can eat there too. I love the chicken lettuce wraps, fried rice and the Singapore Street Noodles. Yum!!!

I am so happy she is doing well, too. Her Physical Therapist told her that she's the most determined patient she's ever had! [emoji169]

I love P.F. Chang's!! We had one near my job in Las Vegas, and would eat their often. My friend & I would always get the lettuce wraps as an appetizer- they are so good!
