Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good evening and TTL it's Friday evening! However it did not get off on a perfect start. Wow, driving home today from work was a bear... I was stuck in traffic and it took me about an hour to get home and the wife, oh boy, just walked in the door madder than a badger....She was stuck in that traffic as well for over two hours....
No specific reason, just traffic, traffic, traffic... and the fact that sooo many people are avoiding Baltimore City, they are driving around the city which brings them out into the counties on the main highways! What a mess!!!!

So home now, I'll let the wife vent for another hour or so; (I'll keep my tater-trap closed all awhile), eat dinner and then I'll take her out shopping and maybe get an ice cream cone....

Glad to hear that you made it through the first step. I hope they save your tooth, especially after going thru all you've been through already. It's such a long and drawn out process and you also have to take off from work as well each and every time; well, at least I had to!

I agree with you, I'd like to get ahold of the one who did mine as well, that was a 1000.00 dollars thrown down the drain....and this one was is even more expensive than the last one~

I also was told that if I lose the tooth, an implant may not be possible because my sinuses are too close to the root area. Bummer. Feeling like Moms Mabely ... Hoping to learn more next week.

TGIF, my Christmas friends!

Elizabeth's school play was a great success! It was a dessert theater, so we had cake & ice cream with the show. She did a super job!

Today, she and Nancy are going to Tybee Island with a few other girls to see the sand art exhibition. Sounds like fun, but I have to work. Jacob's band has a gig tomorrow, so we'll be busy with that. Mom is leaving Sunday for a week in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Everyone is having a good time, and I have to work!

Our band has been getting several requests to play lately, so I think we're finally getting the band back together! Reunion tour!

Good morning everyone!
Happy Friday!
It's cloudy and cool here today. I feel like having soup for dinner so I decided to make Pasta Fagioli in the crock pot. I'll probably pick up a pizza tonight for the girls since they don't think soup is "real food", lol. I'm going to head out soon to run a few errands. I need to go to the bank, Target and the butcher. Then back home to work on some chores. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Good morning MMC! Happy Friday!! I'm ready to bust outa here today ~ what a gorgeous day!



We still didn't get our garden planted last night! Jim got it tilled up, but it was too tacky - so hopefully today it's dry enough! He said it worked up nice though! xx I did get the cinnamon rolls made & they actually turned out great! Hopefully they taste as good as they look. Maybe I'm on to a new way of making them! :lol: (NOT) They are in my sisters freezer!



We also picked up our convertible from storage last night!

Good morning and happy Friday to everyone!!! Hope everyone is doing well. It looks as though it is going to be a gorgeous day here and no rain is in the forecast for a week! I started back to work today after having the last couple days off. I will probably have to work the next eight days which won't be much fun, but we leave for vacation next Saturday! I hope everyone has a great day and weekend!

We are taking Mom out to one of her favorite Chinese restaurants. At first, she suggested take out from there, and then to hang out at home to celebrate. But she's getting around so well, and graduated from the walker to a cane, that she wants to go out! So, it should be fun!

It was my school. I'm finishing my Master's and the end can't come quick enough!

The kids go through May and get out a day or two after Memorial Day.

It went moderately well ... It needs another round of antibiotics and another appointment or two before it's finished, one way or another. They may not be able to save the tooth. I'd like to get my hands on the dentist that botched the original job many years ago.
