Christmas Countdown - 2015

Well we got mom home and settled in this evening. I have a long list of calls to make tomorrow and appointments to make. I wanted thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes again though. They all mean the world to me. (Also a special shout out to my neighbor that has an unsecured internet connection. It's not a strong signal and can be really slow, but at least I can still check in here from time to time. LOL!!!)

Well it sounds like the neurosurgeon has won out and they are going to go with another mini stroke on the left side of her brain plus the brain bleed on the right side of the brain. They are going to release her today but she has to be monitored closely and any sign of worsening has to come back. Then will do another scan in 4 weeks to make sure the blood is absorbing back into the brain. If not, then they may have to go in and drain it.

Good evening,

The cookout went off without a hitch, the four people we were expecting did come so it ended up being 20 people. Lots of burgers and dogs, and other yummy foods.

Just watched Seabiscuit, the book/movie that made me fall in love with horse racing, yet I don't gamble on it. cheesy

Back to work tomorrow for my inventory, which is never fun.
