I went home for lunch & it was so nice out I didn't want to be inside, so I went out to pull weeds! I put a glove on since we have some thistles that needed pulled too! Well little miss Gracie didn't think I needed to wear a glove. She would not let me alone, biting at the glove & pulling on it! I finally let her have it & she tore off through the yard with it & I pulled weeds with my bare hand! Little booger! We were outside my whole lunch & it went so fast I could have easily been late coming back, - I got in the house & only had 4 minutes left! I made it just in time. Whew! (not that it's a big deal...lol)

You need to write in a journal, about your fun times with Gracie!

I do that, and call them "My adventures with Harlowe <3 "

I should do that! What a fun idea!! It was a nice lunch! Just too fast, as always!

Sounds like Gracie was having quite the good time!!! I should have sent my niece's over!!! They could have wore each other out!!!!

I changed my avatar yesterday afternoon. The new format made the old picture look funny, and when I saw this one I loved it!

Jim and I worked on the Camaro some more yesterday afternoon. I swear, I can just walk in his shop and I get greasy. But we tracked down a transmission leak, installed the new U-joints, and mounted & wired the new electric radiator fans. Gettin' it done!

I bet it does! That's awesome! My problem is I start something like that & all the sudden it's been 3 months since I wrote in it & then I have to try to recall all the fun times. :cool:

Exactly! I am jealous of those who have a more tolerable summer than what we get here. Then those up north wish they had our winters! I love winter here, nice but not frigid all the time. It does get frigid, it's just not all the time.

LOL, so true...but our summers can be very hot too, most likely not as long as yours but the humidity is what makes it worse. So the opposite of yours

My oldest is having a great time in Florida.They went to Downtown Disney last night to eat at The Rainforest Cafe and to walk around and do some shopping. She sent me a picture of a year round Christmas store that they found, she said I would love it. They're going to Universal today. I've never been there so I can't wait to talk to her and hear all about it. She's been sending me lots of pictures.
I have to head out to the supermarket soon to pick up a few things. Back home afterward to work on my daily chores. It's going to be another warm day with temperatures around 90 degrees.
Just an update on the situation with the animal hospital. The veterinarian that misdiagnosed Molly ended up contacting his liability insurance carrier and created a claim. I don't know if that is good or bad. I'm hoping the doctor is accepting the fact that he is at fault and wants to negotiate a settlement but I really don't know what to expect. I'm praying it's not bad news again, I can't take much more of this. I have to submit some information to the carrier today and then we'll see what happens.
I've got to run. I'll catch up with everyone later.
