You're welcome, friend.Thanks snow.
That's when he's wearing his invisible halo, he's not always so sweet. We love him anyway. What a sweetie!!
Thanks so much, Brent!Good Morning, Everyone!
Have you seen it yet? Signs of our favourite time of the year are slowly popping up everywhere! I hope you've been keeping a close watch. Experiencing such a sight brings a feeling like no other... and it happens every year! Soon, we won't have to look far to see Christmas everywhere!
Thankfully, we have the countdown to tell us just how long we have to wait. Let's take a look and see where we're at today!:
Days to the Season: 54
Days to Christmas Day: 96
If that does not sound close enough for you, we are now UNDER a week away from the 3/4 Milestone Marker to Christmas Day. FIVE days away, to be exactly. It is yet another reason to circle a Friday on your calendars!
It was a chilly evening last night. The winds howled slightly as I walked home from a friend's house. It seemed as if the temperature dropped 20c (or about 36f) from the daytime high. Brr!
Not much has changed for this morning. It is currently 11c/52f. Highs in Canada's Capital are to only reach 18c/64f. It may be a late beginning this year, but Autumn, will indeed be here on Wednesday!
Let's all hope that Crown has a safe trip to check on his cottage. Hopefully the weather is a little warmer on the coast then all the way up here in Ottawa!
Well, folks, I must go and watch Kim's nephews football game for the third week in a row. It's fun to see the little guys play! And, right, now, they are 4-0! Hopefully have as much fun today as they did last week. What a game!
With that, I hope you all enjoy yourselves today. Hopefully Christmas is inching closer to you by the second! Have a Super Sunday, everyone!!
Good evening,
Very traumatic day, a woman collapsed at work today while she was shopping, I walked out of the back and saw her laying on the floor. I called the emergency code , the assistant manager came over and started performing cpr immediately. 911 was called, the man performing cpr revived her twice, and the emt's revived her once. It was the worst and scariest thing I have ever seen. The worst part was other shoppers were yelling and swearing at the employees for closing off that area, they "needed" stuff in that area for their shopping lists. It was sickening what these people were saying while a woman lay there possibly dying. Good news is the last we heard the woman was alert at the hospital.
Other employees went home early, as lots of nerves were frayed, I am still quite shaken.
Just need to relax and calm down.
Goodnight, everyone.
Merry Sunday.
I will be going into work soon. It will be a challenge today as I am not feeling all that great but I'll be ok though.
Enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Decided I'm going to The PEANUTS movie when it gets to town.
I was out of town to deliver a workshop yesterday and it went great. I was a bit brain tired when I got home so I just relaxed with my husband and the cat and then was watching some TV when my husband woke me and I went to bed at 8 p.m. That's a tad early - slept until 4:30. BIG SLEEP.
Gonna give my mom a shout in a few hours and see if she wants to do something tomorrow since I have the day off. This afternoon I was hoping to do a wee bit of shopping.
The cooler weather has arrived, but the afternoons have still been a bit warm and I like it this way. Didn't have to turn the fans on last night.
Having corn on the cob (finally) with real butter (forget margarine when it comes to corn) and hamburger patties with diced peppers for dinner.
Good morning, dear friends~
Merry Sunday!
We are traveling down to see Ken today.
Hope you all have a blessed day~

So sorry that you had to go through that experience. And very sorry that you had to see people acting so selfishly. The 21st century is all about "me" and "instant gratification" sometimes. It's a reminder to hold strong to that spark of humankindness that's inside, and let it shine as often as possible.Good evening,

Morning all and a Merry Sunday to one and all. It's been a bust week for me at work combined with trying to get everything done in the house for baby arrival. I've a few things to sort out and then hopefully my wife and I can get a coffee out somewhere to relax for an hour. Exciting times ahead but I'm knackered already lol.

Enjoy your coffee and relaxing morning!Good morning everyone, Happy Sunday!
I'm just having my coffee and relaxing, it's quiet here this morning. Everyone will be waking up soon, the girls all have to work today. I'm looking forward to a relaxing day, yesterday was kind of hectic. I'm going to see if my husband wants to take a ride with me to pick up some pumpkins and mums for the front of the house.
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!
Wow, very scary! Glad to hear she's doing better. And yes, some folks shouldn't be allowed out in public.Good evening,

I took those pictures specifically for you!I see you snapped the horses for me. I have a pre-lit tree that needs replacing. My parents have a corner tree, but you can't tell that it doesn't go all away around. Once it's adorned with decorations, it's beautiful.
