Sounds like a fun night!Sleep well MMC! Boy am I tired tonight! Went to the crafts store and shopped and had a GREAT time...all the fall stuff is 50% off and all of the Christmas stuff is on sale too! Awesome!
I picked up yarn to knit scarves for Christmas, a cute little Give Thanks table turkey ornament, some scarves, new knitting needles that were smaller than my current ones, a new journal and new pens, and a coloring book-yes, a coloring book! Coloring I've heard is a great de-stressor, so I thought I'd give it a try!
Hope everyone has a great night! See you tomorrow morning MMC!
He checked in on this thread for Halloween. He is a very cool unique individual and I'm sure he knows we miss him being around on a regular basis.Y'all, I miss Made!
He misses it here, too, bud.Y'all, I miss Made!

I didn't realize you guys had earthquakes in new England?I learned something new every day!I've experienced two mild ones here in New England. The first time I was at the office, and it was just a heavy rumble, as though a huge truck were idling just outside the building. Everyone was saying, "What is that?" We were surprised when the reports came in that it was an earthquake! Another time something similar happened at home, and I thought, "Was that another earthquake?" and it was!
It's very rare, but it has happened! Some people didn't even feel the ones I experienced, they were that mild.I didn't realize you guys had earthquakes in new England?I learned something new every day!
Happy birthday to him!!!Good Morning MMC !!!
It is going to be a lovely and warm first week of November.
We ended up with only 4 kids on halloween because it decided to start raining. But we had fun with those 4 who got lots of candy !
Our TOPS rally on Saturday was great, just over 100 people were there. This is an annual thing that is for handing out awards earned during the past year for weight lost, (one member lost 105 lbs !) etc. And just to have fun...Elvis was there to sing...well at least a good impersonation of him.
Still home but have gone from agony to just in pain with bouts of agony.
Today is also my favourites son's birthday! Hard to believe my youngest is already 28 years old. I certainly did not age in all that time...
Hope you all have a fantastic day !!
I was listening to it to and from Scouts tonight, was loving it.

Was it this one?I can't remember where I saw it ... I once read something about when you make that explanation, you tell the child you are letting them in on a great conspiracy that keeps Santa real, and now he's on the "inside" of that secret and shares the responsibility of keeping Santa real for the younger folk. I think there was even a book about it. Can anyone fill in on what I'm half-remembering?
