Well, it looks like the experts were right. The colts are getting killed. I blame it on all the fact that our good luck charm went to bed early on in the game. We haven't scored since.

Afternoon all, finally got the tree up in our house yesterday my toddler hasnt bothered with it too much just yet, we put it up whilst he was napping yesterday so was a lovely surprise for him when he woke up. Next project to get everything wrapped and under the tree

I am the same exact way, never drink, have never done drugs. I have had one drink my whole life, the night my wife and I got engaged. I took a sip or 2 of wine and then gave it to her. My father is an alcoholic, and I watched as I grew up how it destroyed his life.

Well I can understand that. Honestly my mom did drink when I was a teen and I hated when she did. I wouldn't say she was a total alcoholic but I didn't understand why someone would want to do that. I felt like I couldn't talk to her when she was drunk. It made me sad. I don't know if that's subconsciously the reason I turned out the way I did. She hasn't drank at all in a decade and just stopped on her own. I'm glad.

Good Monday Morning MMC! It doesn't matter what day of the week it is (although I do still like Saturdays a bit more than Mondays ) but I am in total 24/7 Christmas mode. I think we all are here. I just wish we could freeze time right now. I watched a bunch of Christmas shows this weekend and plan on watching many more this week. I finished 95% of my Christmas shopping. I'll get a few more things and then begin the wrapping part this coming weekend. That takes quite a while. A friend of the family wants me to help him move stuff around on Saturday morning so he can put up his tree. He asked me to help. Who am I to not want to help decorate a Christmas tree?
I hope you all have a great Monday and just be happy that Christmas really is coming!

Not bad here yesterday, weather-wise. Plenty of sun, no rain or wind and temps above the usual seasonal chill.
Today has dawned clear again, with our thermometer reading 49 degrees.
