Thank you so much Martine. Maggie took her medicine last night and this morning, hopefully she'll keep it up. She slept a little bit better too. We still got up a couple of times but she went back to sleep afterward.

Good morning everyone, Happy Pines Day!
I don't have any errands to run today, I love when that happens. I do have plenty to do around the house though. I'm going to clean all of the bathrooms today, that will keep me busy. I'll be working on the laundry as well. My mother is going to take a ride over this afternoon to have a cup of tea. I'm making spaghetti & meatballs with mozzarella garlic bread for dinner. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!

Seems quiet on here today. I guess we are heading for that mid year lull that always seems to happen around this time.

Hope everyone is having a good day. It is so pleasant outside. I didn't need a coat and I actually wore footwear that weren't boots or wellies I even wore sun glasses! LOL!

Time to start dinner but not before a cup of tea ...

Hope everyone is having a relaxing night! I still have not chosen a color...down to 2 choices. Who would think picking a beige color would be so difficult...I think I am driving my husband crazy!

I hope you found a great color. I totally understand - I had the same problem choosing a tan color for our family room - how can there be SO MANY to choose from!!! Hope you love it!

Evening all! Hope your afternoon was wonderful! It's a bit chilly in Michigan tonight, nothing out of the ordinary for this time of year, though the warmer temps have been nice lately. Super excited because I found an old Christmas compilation on Amazon that has a song I've tried to find for the longest time, now if it will just hurry up and get here!

Good evening,

Our little trip is done, we got home around 330 this afternoon. We had an absolute blast. I do have tomorrow off to finish up my 4 day weekend and recover.
It's official, the AHL team the Springfield Falcons have been sold and are moving to Tucson, AZ. I am more upset about it than I thought I would be. There are some people working on bringing another AHL franchise to the city, but honestly it doesn't look good. The team will be missed.
I am tired from the driving, and looking forward to sleeping in.

Glad her oral surgery went well . Hope she feels well.

How is she doing otherwise with her recovery?

Also how is Gracie? I wasn't around to hear about her test results?

Thank you! She said it doesn't bother her at all. She didn't take any Tylenol today!

She is doing well. Emma the Amish lady is still staying with her, but I don't know that she really needs too. I think Mom really enjoys her company, as do we. It's nice to have her there! She bought a new swim suit last weekend & she's ready to go back to the Y!

Gracie's test came back good. We're keeping all her medicine the same, but she still has too much protein in her urine. And she's on a low protein diet, so ?? Darnit! But she's doing well! I have to tell this funny story...

Gracie fell out of bed the last 2 nights. LOL!!!! The night before last she was sleeping in the spare bed & all the sudden...kerplunk at 2:30 in the morning!!! Sat me straight up in bed! Last night since Jim fell asleep on the couch I put her on our bed & watched her - she moved my pillow, moved Jims pillow over the top of mine, moved all the blankets, leaped over the blankets & laid at the end of the bed. I crawled in bed & then heard her scratching & licking & KERPLUNK she fell off again. LOL! She was fine, but I think she was like WTH??? Last night I woke up in the middle of the night & saw she was sleeping on the spare bed again so must not have deterred her. Crazy animal!

Good Wednesday Morning MMC! Happy Pines Day! Another mid-week hump day is here. Looks like absolutely gorgeous weather again. Yesterday when I was driving around during my lunch break I just stopped at a red light and smiled sitting there taking it all in. Just unreal how nice this time of year can be with the weather. Enjoy each day of it that we can. It's nice we could actually see a real spring this year instead of going from winter straight to summer.

Wednesday already, this week is flying by. I work the next 3 days then the weekend off.
Van is fixed, a few things yet need doing but that can wait a bit.
Spring seems reluctant to show up this year, but we have had a few nice days, hoping for more soon.
