Looks like the sun might show itself today!! Gunny household is ill today. 1 sickly boy and the other crawling around at the speed of light. Need a baby treadmill..lol

Thank you! I hope it's a beautiful tree. We picked it solely based on pictures! We got it from a local nursery & they are very good - she said it's a beautiful tree, but they didn't have any on property to look at, so they are ordering it in. xx
I never made it to the legion last night! My hubby went, but he didn't even have a margarita! He got home from the bicycle shop late & didn't leave for the legion until 9:15 - I was already in my sweats, cozy at home. Lol! I told him we are going out tonight to celebrate Cinco de Mayo!

Merry Friday Eve and Happy Cinco de Mayo!! Another dreary day here in CT..we need some sun, hopefully this weekend. Just work today and I want to get in a workout at some point. I fell asleep so early last night..I didn't make it to the Pines! Hope you all have a great day!

Good Morning, everyone!

Another 'Pines Day is behind us. What a wonderful time it was.

10 days remain until we reach that wondrous milestone of Half way to the Christmas Season 2016. The sounds of those magical sleigh bells are getting closer.

Days to the Season: 192
Days to Christmas Day: 234

Of course, we cannot forget that we will be hitting the 180-mark this weekend, too!

As you may have noticed, Crown is in Asheville. Let's hope he has safe travels and enjoys his much deserved vacation! I can't speak for the weather in his parts, but in Canada's Capital, we are at a seasonal 11c/52f this morning. Highs are to reach 18c/64f. The only real downfall is that it is a cool breeze coming from the NE.

Wherever you may be, I hope you are having some fantastic Spring weather. And, of course, I cannot forget about Carl's hilarious antics of "May I" last night. That crazy camel has a wicked sense of humour sometimes.

You bet! We are definitely having Mexican for dinner. I'm hoping to go to our favorite Mexican restaurant but it may be packed tonight! If that's the case, I'll be making something at home! But I sure could go for one of their margarita's!
