My kid's bedrooms are the same way. It's always warm in their rooms. I don't think all the electronics help either.

That's right. I read somewhere how much heat a Playstation and a TV emits. I don't remember the figure, but I remember thinking it's no wonder it's hard to cool the house in the summer!

We used to have a huge Phillips LED tv that was like a oven. I still cant believe how much heat it put off. We switched to a even bigger Sony and that tv is on pretty much 24/7 and you cant feel anything coming off it. The Hvac guy did say that its cheaper to run window units non stop than to shut them down if you go to work or whatever. Which is what I have always thought myself.

I wish that I had that kind of time like back then. But it's funny how certain things as we get older we revert back to our childhood...like being into video games.
