My wife and were talking earlier tonight and we both said the last two weeks have been the longest two weeks ever.

That's called Jan/Feb to me at least...always the 2 slowest months of the year although overall it doesn't feel too bad this year yet.

Good Thursday Morning MMC! Wow a little surprise we got a coating of snow overnight. It looks a little like Christmas out. I got 2 numbers in the lotto and got 0 dollars lol. I'm glad someone won though because some people were going crazy spending insane money on the lottery. Anyway, it's Thursday but feels like it's been a long week. Oh well it will be a good day I feel today. I am rearranging my plans for Saturday since I will work till noon and cutting out the "unfun chores" and adding in only the fun stuff. I'm not gonna let a weekend go by without prioritizing fun/relaxation BEFORE errands .

And bit by bit we have inched along to the point where we are now barely over HALF A WEEK away from our first 2016 Milestone, the 300-day Season Window marker.
(Won't the 200's sound nice. And so soon!)


Rather cold here yesterday. At least there was no precipitation and little wind.
Today should be warmer, which will be welcomed.
Currently, we stand at 31 degrees here in central North Carolina.

I am losing steam fast so I will make this quick.
I only got one tree down, the little 3 foot tree in the window. The snow falling this morning made it feel too Christmassy to take them all down. Oh well I get a few more days to enjoy them
