Christmas Countdown - 2016

Its not "really" hot outside, idk its just a uncomfortable day. Even the back deck in the shade...all I can smell is a drying hay smell. (Which is my poor grass..lol)

 

[Holiday]

I'll be heading to lunch soon & taking Gracie to the groomer. She gets a cut today - she's looking so cute right now with her longer coat, but I know she gets too warm, so back to a shorter cut she goes!!

Awe - that's nice that she can still get up to her spots with the help of rugs!! Our friends dog wouldn't walk forward on hard wood floors b/c of the slipperiness, but he would walk backwards! Goofy dogs!

And the trunk was put in front of the window just for her. She loved our big cathedral window at the rental, so I wanted her to have her own spot at the house!

Actually, this is Old Time Radio shows, like Abbott and Costello, Fibber McGee and Molly, The Whistler, etc.!! If I didn't have such a short commute to work, I'd be listening to this all the time.

Actually, this is Old Time Radio shows, like Abbott and Costello, Fibber McGee and Molly, The Whistler, etc.!! If I didn't have such a short commute to work, I'd be listening to this all the time.

I miss the theater of the mind era of radio (even though I was never alive for it). There were some great comedic writers back then that could bring an audience to their knees with laughter and it's totally clean. Don't see much of that anymore these days.
