Ours looks like burnt toast..lol. On my way thru town I notice a bunch of just random burnt spots in lawns and on the side of the road. Probably from a cigarette tossed out. My grandad would say " It's so dry,them there fish are swim'n wif their barks (back) outta dat water" (envision that sentence with a deep Virginian accent and a West Virgina by God drawl!..lol)Good morning MMC!!! Not much going on here today! Just work & Gracie goes to the groomer! (yes, I have the right date this time...ha ha) It's going to be a hot one with a chance of storms later this afternoon, though they keep pushing back the rain. It will probably miss us again! Our grass is so brown & crunchy!

Not too much going on here today. I just plan on catching up on some chores around the house. I kind of slacked while my husband was on vacation last week. I'm going to turn up the A/C, put on some good music and do some deep cleaning. I already have a pot of sauce simmering on the stove, we're having spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. That's about it for me.

The bar up the road from our trailer at the lake makes homemade fries. They leave the skin on the potatoes & they are sliced extra super thin - I always order them extra crispy! YUM!
But I do like Wendy's fries too - I just so rarely eat fast food! Can't remember the last time I've had their fries!

I am off a Friday, Mon, Tues next month for my nephews wedding. They are getting married in Louisville & we are hoping to go to Nashville after! Our lake neighbor took off work Monday & Tuesday to stay at the lake with Gracie. What a good friend!

The bar that opened down the road from my aunt & uncle's lake home has amazing seasoned crinkle fries!
As far as chains, I like Arby's curly fries. McDonalds fries can be good, too.
TGI Friday's & BW3's also have great fries!
