Christmas Countdown - 2016

Good Saturday Morning MMC! Happy Summer Weekend! Hope you are all well and staying cool in the mid-July heat. I'm not complaining cause I complained in January that it was too cold so I can't be hypocrite and complain now. I have some errands to do this morning. I'm not sure what I will do this afternoon. It might be too hot to really stay out long in the sun. I may go to the mall or something like that.

Good Morning, Everyone.
The weekend -- it's here again!

And like each and every weekend, it arrives with a new set of count numbers.
Let's look at them:
Days to the Season: 120
Days to Christmas Day: 162

The first number above quickly informs us that we are now down to 20 days to the 100-day Season Window and the threshold of a DOUBLE DIGIT Season count, and also that the referenced marker is now LESS than 3 weeks away.
(Things are really moving along briskly!)


We had another very warm and humid day yesterday......until the evening that is.
At that point, we had a nice rain that really cooled things off to quite comfortable levels.
Perhaps today will see a humidity reduction and plenty of sun.
We have started off our weekend here at 76 degrees under bright and calm skies.

Good morning everyone. I hope you all have a wonderful day. I woke up to a mountain sunrise and temps in the low 50s. I can handle that. I hope you all have a great Saturday. I don't have television where I'm at, and only spotty internet connection, so I won't be watching any QVC. Hope those who are have a ton of fun! I'll read your posts and live vicariously through them. ;)

I was thinking the same thing. Last year it was bliss lights. This year, lots of battery powered candles. I wonder how many batteries they go through in a CIJ weekend...

I am so jealous of the 50s temps. We're solidly in the dog days here with temps between 70s and 90s as far as the eye can see. Can't wait for sweater weather!

It has to be hundreds. Their local walmart probably loves them. Lol!!
