Morning! I'm gonna get some errands done Friday, go to the mall Saturday and maybe a hike either then or Sunday. At least it won't be 95 degrees this weekend!

Day #7 in a row of 90*f temps outside, one more tomorrow and then relief. We are supposed to get actual drenching rain on Friday, with temps in the 70's. Ahhhhhhhhh!
Yesterday the inventory turned into a major cluster fluff, I didn't get home until 130am this morning. New way of doing things always has hiccups, I guess. I got home, had to wind down before bed, so it was 3 when I finally got to sleep. Woke up late, took a nap, went to Friendly's for dinner.
We did start our Christmas shopping yesterday, we completed the first steps of purchasing season tickets to the New England Black Wolves, it is a present for the boys along with a Black Wolves jersey for each of them. I can't wait to put up the tree!

I found some notes I made earlier in the year about things to buy for Mr.'s Christmas, so I'm farther along in the Christmas shopping game than I thought! Sometimes it's hard to find something for him that's just the right gift, but this year I almost have that licked already.

Yes, my Friends. ONE LONE WEEK from tomorrow, we will throw open that 100-day Season Window and stare in awe at what confronts us -- a DOUBLE DIGIT count to our long-awaited and glorious Christmas Season!
(Fairly leaves one breathless with anticipation, eh?)


HHH (Hazy Hot and Humid, for the less informed).
That continues to be the order of the day and every day for quite some time now. Even the occasional storm seems not to bring relief, only additional moisture.
More of the same today and we have started off this nearing-the-end-of-July morning at 79 degrees here.

Good morning MMC! Merry Friday Eve! Or as the "new" bitmoji says "It's Friday Jr."

I've been trying to watch the Hallmark movie "Summer Villa" on YouTube, it's such a good movie, but I think I start too late at night I can't keep my peepers open. I probably only have 10-15 minutes left, but I just couldn't do it last night. LOL! I need to watch it just incase they come out with "Christmas Villa" Maybe at lunch I'll catch the end!

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone has a great day. I do not have too much to do today. Henry has his last day of "art camp" and then the "art show" this evening. Nathan has his second day of driver's ed classes this evening. But other than that, I have little that I have to accomplish.

Like a lot of places, it's still dry and hot here today. Tomorrow we're supposed to get heavy rain (not good---it'll probably run off instead of being absorbed by the earth) and thunderstorms and lower temps.

I've been exploring Amazon Prime Music for Christmas albums that I can listen to for free, and building up quite a playlist to cool off the commute home from work! I'll probably wind up buying a couple of those albums and will have to tweak my Christmas playlist to make room for them!

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

For some reason, I only now realized that it's not Friday. I don't know why I thought I was, but it was a nice dream while it lasted. I'm sure the boss would say to buckle down on my work, and it'll be Friday before I know it.

We're planning on another hot, dry day here in south Georgia. 100° today and 101° tomorrow (before a heat index). I think the pool needs to be cleaned again...all weekend.

Good Morning, MMC!!! A little cooler here today with a high of 85. Still 90% humidity though so I'll be inside most of the day. I just need to run to the grocery for a few things and I might splurge and buy some snacks for the final QVC CIJ event tomorrow. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!

That's awesome. Smart! I should be better about writing idea's for gifts when I think of them b/c by the time it's time to go shopping I can never remember what it was I had thought of. LOL
