Christmas Countdown - 2016

Well guys...my brother and I decided to go see about dogs today. I called up a place and they had 3 Boston Terriers. We decided to go. 1 was already gone by the time we got there. They brought out both and 1 of them ran right up to us and started playing with his toy. It's hard to explain but if you're a dog person you understand. He was running back and forth playing with us. The other one was nice too but it just felt like this one wanted to come with us. We played with him for a while and then other people came in and started looking at him saying how cute he is. We knew then we had to decide...so we decided to take him. We couldn't take him home today cause he has a little cough they said (although i didn't even hear him cough) but the fact they told us that and said we want to make sure he's 100% ok when you take him made me feel good that this wasn't a place trying to rip us off. It wasn't cheap but I never handed over my credit card so fast for anything. We may go visit him on Wednesday to see his progress and we hope by late week/next weekend we can take him home. He's 4 months old. Right now we think we have a name but it's not 100%. We think it's going to be Rollins.View attachment 27224 Here's a pic. Congrats Edge! I am so happy for you and your brother! Rollins is so handsome! BTs have such great personalities. I really believe they choose us..
 
Well, I lived through the wasps...but it was close. It was underneath the railing on our deck and I didn't realize how long it was. When I started spraying, they started flying and IT WAS ON. I used a whole bottle of that stuff, but the wife said it looked like the water show at the Bellagio casino in Vegas. Nonetheless, no more wasps.

Saw this and just wanted to throw this in....

This is the last weekend of no football until February.

He's so cute, Edge!! Congrats on finding him! Sending positive thoughts that you'll be able to get him 100% healthy ASAP!!

She's still a bit unwell, not interested in dinner the past few days. Resting a lot.
But she had fun seeing them~
