(And the numbers do, in fact, confirm it!)


Pretty nice day yesterday.
Today? Well, we have a chilly rain falling as I type this.
And how appropriate, after the Packers heartbreaking loss yesterday evening.
(Oh well, we still have the Panthers!)
Our thermometer reads 40 here at this hour.

Good Sunday Morning MMC! My eyes were closing last night as I almost stayed up till midnight (late for me kind of). I guess having to get up for work Saturday morning made me more tired. Well now today is Sunday and I'm thinking to make my normal good Sunday breakfast of waffles and bacon. Then I'm thinking enjoy some NFL football this afternoon and some relaxation in between some errands I do have to do. Pretty simple Sunday. To all of you who have Monday off I envy you :). I'll be working 5 days this coming week but I will definitely appreciate next weekend even more after having to work this Saturday as I did. Oh and I'm hearing some very early rumblings about a "possible" storm next weekend. We will see.

Have a good day Edge! I heard about the storm for next weekend too. The Weather Channel said we may get snow Fri night and Saturday night too...who knows?

Merry Sunday Snowflake! Happy to hear you and Har feeling better! We have my daughter's soccer game today and my youngest is going to a sleepover tonight. We are also going to my SIL's for dinner tonight. I love 3 day weekends!

Happy Sunday MMC! My daughter has a soccer game at 3 and we are going to my SIL's tonight for Spaghetti and Meatballs. They are saying we may have a storm next weekend...I would like one storm and then I am good..lol Have a great day! Can you believe we are at a milestone day tomorrow?image.jpeg

We just returned from Scene 75 and Henry's birthday celebration. He had a great time. Played 2 games of Laser Tag, we played mini bowling, and drove go-karts.
He gave my wife and I big hugs and said, "Thanks for bringing me to this awesome place!" Big smile on his face.

Been busy the last few days, got home from work and fell asleep for a short nap. I was behind by well over 400 posts when I came on tonight. Took a few hours, but caught up once again.
I watched an exciting Bruins game tonight, they won, so I am quite happy.
Day off tomorrow, we are planning to make a run to Barnes & Noble, one of my favorite stores, and hopefully make a quick run to Hallmark to see if there is any ornaments left.

Congrats to the Bruins! Jealous regarding Barnes & Noble. Was my favorite store in our city besides the craft stores. LOL They closed it a few years ago. I was so sad to see it go. Noah and I spent so many afternoons there together. It was like watching a piece of his childhood go. We still have a Books-a-million, but it's just not the same.

It was a lot of fun. It is awesome to watch him get so excited and have fun. Henry has also decided we should go back to Scene 75 when the school year ends to celebrate.
Later today we will be dueling with his new nerf lightsabers. I have a feeling I will be meeting my end today, at the hands of a jedi master. :)

They closed ours too a few years ago :(.
