Looking forward to that day off, too! I want to do some DJ recording for the Santa Tracking broadcast, and I want to stop at Target for the new Straight No Chaser Christmas album that's being released tomorrow. Christmas will be in the air tomorrow at Chez Carey!

I am hoping it will be delivered tomorrow, I got an email it was sent on Monday.

The dealership called today, and said they are still working on it. We told them the price we want, and they told us they are trying. We should know Saturday. We have the upper hand with 4 months until we have to trade it in so no hasty decisions for us. We are aiming very high for the first try at a new car, but we have another in mind that is lower in cost that we would be just as happy with.

Halloween celebrations kick off tonight in the city with many of the buildings lit up in green.

Apparently during the night monstrous cemetery gates will appear at the beginning of the main shopping streets complete with sound effects of wolves and cackling witches.

And this fellow will be released to roam the streets during the weekend.
(Don't worry he's only animotronic)

Well I've seen worse.

They should really think about putting some of the Rankin/Bass specials during prime time.
It use to be so exciting to see the 25 Days schedule, now if seems like Free-form is just going through the motions. Elf, Christmas Vacation, and Willy Wonka are on almost every night.

No problem, once I saw Target had a special edition I knew that was the one to get.

I can't get excited about the 25 days of Christmas on Freeform because I don't have cable, but I own almost every Christmas movie that exists on dvd, so I can create my own!

Man, I have great memories of watching ABC Family during Christmas time. My mom was always the giddy one who turned it on at 3pm to plop down with us and watch the Christmas cartoons.

So any major plans for the three-day weekend? My four-day spree will begin in about 3 hours and 20 minutes. And really looking forward to it.
Not much going on since we last chatted. Except getting my costume ready for tomorrow night at the zoo. I will probably come home and crash right away, so I can be there at 2PM.
