The snow is coming down pretty good now in the Boston area. Feels more like Christmas now than it did on Christmas. To bad next Christmas is so far away....now would be prefect!
You can always pretend. Put your tree up & it's Christmas!! :) (totally understand what you mean!)

Hope everyone is having a good evening! I decided to do a Thanksgiving meal with all this snow. We have a good 7-8 inches and it is supposed to go until 2am or so. So we are just hanging out. I think we may watch The Martian tonight.
It must have been the weekend for cooking big meals!! I smoked 2 turkey roasts on Saturday...but they were for friends. Jim delivered them - we only got to taste a little of it that came off when we removed the netting. What a tease! ;)

I am still unable to access MMC outside of a Wi-Fi network. (on LTE, 4G, etc.)
Brad, Merry, HmG- are you still having the same issue?
I still can't access it, and I have full bars of 4G LTE.

Good Morning, Brad!
How neat about the snow- love it! I bet it was beautiful!
Glad that you and Nancy had a nice date night at home!
I hope you all have a fun and safe time at the concert in Atlanta!
Have a great day :)

Happy Monday Brad!
Have a fabulous time at the concert!

Oh, I won't be attending. I'm dropping them off at the front door, then heading back to the hotel for some pizza and Netflix. I'll pick them up when it's over, but I don't want to hear any Tool or Primus LOL.

Thank you for the prayers, M!

You're welcome, snowflake!

I love Olive Garden salad too! Even better now that we can buy the dressing from the store! (I use to make it homemade)

Good morning!
Happy Monday!
It's going to be sunny with a high of 35 degrees today. I'm hoping that some of this snow will start to melt. I don't have too much planned for today, I'll just be working on some chores around the house. I have a couple of errands to run but I think I'll put them off until tomorrow.
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Merry Monday HMG.....have a good day!

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

What a cold Saturday we had...it even snowed a little bit early that morning! I woke Elizabeth up to tell her it was snowing, and she popped right out of bed to get dressed. Of course there was no accumulation, but she stood out in the cold, trying to catch flakes in her mouth...at 7am LOL!

Nancy and I finally had our date night...at home. The kids went to my mom's for supper and a movie, so Nancy and I ordered dinner in and watched a PPV movie on Amazon Prime. Great evening!

Today is the day Jacob and his buddy get to go to the rock concert in Atlanta. They're 18, but I'm going with them, anyway. Atlanta is a little too much for boys raised in the country! We'll spend the night and come home tomorrow.

I hope y'all have a great day! :D
Have a great day Brad and safe trip to Atlanta!! Your night with Nancy sounds nice and relaxing!

I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!
Have a great day Made!

Wow! That looks amazing!! I bet it tasted amazing too. Wish I didn't like bacon so much! ;)
They devoured the bacon explosion so fast, I didn't even think to take a picture of after it was smoked, but here it was ready for the smoker...
image_zps0uwbm93k.jpeg

When it's done smoking, I spread bbq sauce over it. Yumm-o! I also made smoked twice baked potatoes, an olive garden salad, corn from the garden, & "knock you naked bars" for dessert! :p:D (WOW were they yummy!)
A bacon explosion?!?! What? It's glorious!

Dinner and dishes done! Now to relax.
I am having a nice end to my Monday. Mr Festive brought home a bunch of flowers and cake. The flowers are such a vibrant blue. Very wintry especially with the white.

Hope your day is going well.
Stay safe on the roads with the weather.
