I'm already starting to look at the spring/summer/fall for what Mondays and Fridays I want to take to make a bunch of 3 day weekends. Those are the best cause that extra day makes a difference but it's not too long that you're out of work where it's so hard to go back.
. We still have a long way to go this winter though. Never know.

It is so strange to be in the ranks of the early morning posters now, but for some reason it is easier for me to keep up. Yay! A plus to getting up early.
Another busy day here. The utility company left a message the other day that the electricity is going to be turned off around 9 this morning for updates to the system. I hope it doesn't last long as it is windy and damp out. The wind is blowing in the right direction to go through the house so the furnace is on more than off. Going to be in the 40's this weekend with rain and it is Snowfest this week, too. It seems that every year during Snowfest the temperature warms up. Doesn't stop the crowds, though. Should be a busy time at the store. I stocked it pretty good last weekend so it will be interesting how well I did.

Same way it was here last year Edge. All Feb. was brutal and snow storms constantly. All this weather is doing is making us soft for when it finally hits..lolGood Thursday Morning MMC! Back around we are once again to Friday Eve. Hmm I already feel these weeks going by quicker than the first couple of this month. The days dwindle here in late January and my tree remains up until the weekend. We are in store for a warmup this weekend (well 40s is warm for late January at least) and into most of next week! Good way to start February after last year we were in an ice box almost the entire month of Feb. But I did hear after that it will turn more normal colder...as long as we don't wind up with another blizzard and 0 degrees I won't complain

Goodluck taking down your tree. Our winter has been quite mild so far apart from the odd week. Not sure what the next few weeks have in store for us either. We shall see!
