Adi always teases me about my hello's and goodbye's to her, and lack of them for him.
It would drive him nuts if I talked to him like that, he just likes giving me a hard time

I get teased about it too. The wallpaper on my iPhone is a picture of Molly & Maggie, I've received a lot of flak for that as well!

HAHAA!! Love this it so reminds me of when I leave my "boys" and if they are laying down I always tuck them in w/ their blankets!

I was crying happy tears when I read that text.
She was happy to see me- Not her usual excited greeting but she was waiting for me at the door and I got a tail wag, that's progress.
She hadn't eaten anything else, but she was interested in going outside. She typically loves to go outside, and go for her walks too, but hasn't been interested in either since Saturday-until today. She actually came to me and let me put her leash on. I thought, I'll let her lead me. I figured she'd just go to the end of the driveway, but she continued into the street and towards the rest of the neighborhood. We actually went the whole way around, we were much slower but again I shed a happy tear. I'm sure it was good for her to get out of the house, and get some sunshine.
Fingers crossed that she has an appetite tonight!

Yes it is progress and I agree it may be small steps but they are leaps when it comes to her recovery and well being. She sounds like her spirits are lifting. She is a fighter!
Praying that she eats tonight and her energy and health continues on the up!
