First full day of spring, and this is what we were greeted with...

it was all gone when I left this afternoon.
It was beautiful while it lasted.

WOW! Looks beautiful!!! Just exactly what you would expect the 1st day of spring to look like...NOT! Ha ha! But it sure is pretty!

You mean mushrooms? That is such a coincidence. Mark makes really delicious stuffed mushrooms. One of his best meals. Hmmm It must be a guy thing

It's supposed to be a beautiful day here today. Mid 50's, and sunshine.
It's Tuesday, so I have my morning meetings and will probably be outside some at the job site.

Sometimes as a main with a warm salad or a simple pasta dish like pappardelle or fettuccini. Sometimes with brusetta and sometimes with steak. Various ways to be honest. He sometimes varies the stuffing to suit. I am craving these now

Me, too!
We usually have ours as an appetizer, with steaks on the grill.
But he has made them with salad, as well! Add a wine pairing, even better!!

It looks like it's going to be a gorgeous day today - I may have to fire up the grill for ribeye's & stuffed mushrooms tonight! The mushrooms should be eaten in the next day or 2! Oh darn!

I thought Gracie wanted to go outside at 3am so I got up with her...but all she wanted was a drink of water & she laid down by the chair. Not sure why she had to whine & wake me up for that, but... I slept on the couch the rest of the night. I didn't actually see the moon, but I did notice how bright it was outside. I thought I had left our back lights on!

I will celebrate with Adi next week, after he's back home.

I plan to Skype with my family, and my neighborhood girlfriends are stopping by for a walk with our girls, ad then a glass of wine. Should be nice!

Good Tuesday Morning MMC! Happy Bday to Snowflake! Happy Bday to my sister. And Happy Bday to anyone else who's bday is today! A chilly morning here almost feels like October/November (but then again that's kind of what March really is). Supposed to be beautiful though and temperatures warming up this week. The weekend for Easter they are forecasting temperatures in the 50s with sunshine. I'll take that for late March. Just going to work here in a few and then home to relax after work. My sister is going out for her birthday. We're gonna go out to eat tomorrow night so for tonight I'm just gonna be home relaxing with Nitro (my favorite thing to do).

I normally only make them to bring somewhere to share - but our grocery had them on sale for $.97 last week. Who am I to pass them up? LOL YUM! Now I'm hungry for stuffed mushrooms!

I just got some Leinie's delievered to me- would go great with them!
