Only way pizza could be terrible is if it's burned or very dry.

I'm not sure what to expect with the crust....smoking it at 250º which is so low for pizza. Our smoker can go to 275 so I'll check it in a bit & turn it up if I need too. 
New Hampshire also has the Christmas Farm Inn. I've never been there, but I've heard great things about it. You'd also live Vermont for the mountains and the snow.
