I think that is excellent advice!! I need to sweep the carpet but our room is pretty much back to "normal"!

Thanks! I think we are done with sun for awhile. Rain is predicted later, turning to snow in the morning!!

All done!!! I'm glad it's done, but :( I do still have the tree up in the sunroom & I let some white icicle lights on the mantle. Not sure if I will let them up or not - I'll see what it looks like once I get my snowmen up there. I also put white lights under some snow on a cabinet with have - I'll put some snowmen on there. Also the mantle in the sunroom had white lights, snow & snowmen on it & that all stayed. So I'm not totally without lights. I also kept my "Keep Christmas In Your Heart All Year" sign out. I still have some hints of the season around! :) I brought a few snowmen down, but I have a ways to go.... Good news is, I've almost hit my 10,000 steps for the day already! (Fitbit) :p:D

Least you still have some festive lights on the mantle Holiday...That will sure help keep the christmas spirit going till November..Love the idea Holiday (((Huggs))))

Thanks prancer! I will let the lights/snowmen up probably till early to mid march! I do like them during the long cold winter nights!! Not quite the same as all the festive colored Christmas lights, but I still like them!

It's smelling festive....I have my Northern Pine candle burning.
I'm not sure what's going to be going on the rest of the day! Hubby has been helping hang drywall at a friends all morning - haven't heard from him yet. Like I mentioned earlier, we'll be watching the Bengals somewhere....either home or with friends. If we watch at home I can flip between football & a Christmas movie! :D

Sounds wonderful Holiday...This year we are planning on buying a new display cabinet for the living room so i can have all my Raymond Briggs The Snowman ornaments on display all year round...They are very expensive and it makes sense to enjoy them all year round:)
