Praying that Har starts taking her meds and that her body responds positively and defies the odds.
Prayers that the Vet comes back with positive news and solutions today.
Continue to have courage and faith, Stacey. You are doing great and taking care of your girl.
Also praying for your health and well being. I hope you are feeling better this morning friend. All this stress can't help much. Be sure to look after yourself. ((((Hugs))))

Har still seems out of it. She is not throwing up, thank God. But just drinks water & rests. Has no energy. I wish she would eat, and come for a walk.
Thanks again for all the prayers.
I am nauseous, and my head feels huge. Congested, and achy.
Not sure what the plan for the day is yet. Will give it some time, I don't think I'll be able to function much.

It's is very good that she is at least drinking water. I think you both can do with a day of rest. See how you feel but don't push it if you feel like you can't function at work.

Good Tuesday Morning MMC! A dusting of snow again fell last night and maybe another inch or 2 this afternoon into this evening. Bitter cold coming this weekend. Well it will be the weekend at least and will just give me more reason to stay home and rest. Funny the biggest snowstorm we had this winter fell on the weekend and now the biggest/worst cold weather we'll probably have this entire winter is falling on the weekend. Timing is everything in life sometimes. Other than that just gonna go to work, try to stay positive and have a solid day hopefully. Superbowl leftovers were delicious Monday evening.

good morning all my Christmas loving friends !
I had the 12 days of Christmas stuck in my head all day yesterday, drove my co workers nuts LOL!
It has turned winter here again, we are now in a magical winter wonderland. It looks beautiful out there. When it gets light I will take some pictures.

Hope you can get some rest today! At least Har is drinking hopefully you can get her to eat something...hang in there! I wish they could make the meds liquid to get them into her. Oh and don't always listen to the Dr's, with our boxer, Max he had mast cell cancer in his leg so we had the tumor removed and then they wanted to amputate his leg but we thought that would be too traumatic for him so we opted to just see how he does. They said he maybe had a year, well he lived 3 years with a great quality of life so they are not always right.

Good morning MMC...hope you are all having a good morning. The kids have a 2hr delay so they are still sleeping. They are saying more snow tomorrow and Wednesday...possibly an additional 6 inches..who knows but the bitter cold is coming. I can't stand those temps so hopefully they won't stick around too long. According to them, the best they can do is liquid antibiotics & fluosemide. Still full Vetmedin, and it's big & thick.
Right now they say don't give anything until they decide what's best after her episode today. She still hasn't eaten or anything, but did drink some.
I was told 1-3 years if her body accepts the meds.
I'm shooting for 5 or more

View attachment 19701 So this was taken yesterday as part of our save the date pics. That took up much of my day until the Superb Owl. Then today I took our tree to the brush site for recycling and then spent a good 5hrs at the church (I took today off from the university as I always do after the Superb Owl) working on worship technology and sound items. Now I'm at the radio station running the Intra-City clash Hockey edition (we have 2 public high schools in town). Been a busy but overall good day for me. @snowflake22 praying hard for you and Har hoping something will bring her around so you can enjoy her company for longer than they're predicting. Also praying for everyone to be in good health and for your days to go as planned or better.

Hopefully this week will be the worst for the rest of the winter! I don't like those 0 and below 0 temps either.

Yep we can't complain cause compared to the last 2 winters it's not been terrible this year. But for those who were hoping for an extremely mild winter I think we've kind of started to even out a bit closer to a normal winter with the recent snows and cold we've had.
