Good Afternoon, Buddy!!! Thinking of you guys. Hope all goes well this afternoon!!

Xx
Thank you, friend~

It went pretty well, I think. After listening to Harlowe's heart, lungs, and breathing, she couldn't hear anything unusual-like increased fluid build-up, crackling, wheezing, etc.
So she's hoping it's something minor like a cold, or irritated throat from something she ate, extra humidity we're having, etc. She did tell me to videotape it on my phone, if possible, and e-mail it to her if it continues. That way, I don't have to keep taking her in.
As far as the restlessness and anxiety at night goes, she recommended an herbal supplement that we will start giving Harlowe. Fingers crossed that it will allow her to relax and rest better. She is hoping that it's behavioral and not something bothering her physically, because she's been doing it for a few years now. It's tricky since being restless at night is a known symptom of Congestive Heart Failure-it could actually be even both of them. So our hope is that it will help the situation, t least.
Overall, it was a good appointment!
It's so hard not knowing with animals, I wish they could tell you what's wrong, but it ends up being process of elimination at times. We'll just keep having positive thoughts and hope that our girl can live a comfortable life <3

xx

I hope you get some resolution soon. It's tough not being able to figure out exactly what's wrong cause then you don't even know how to attempt to treat it.

Today was busier than expected. It's 7pm and I'm done for the day. Everything can wait. In fact it can all wait till Monday! I am exhausted and have a headache. This is supposed to be my weekend off so time to enjoy some relaxation time.

Think I will have a cup of tea and a biscuit or two...or three ...or four ...

Hope you get relief from your headache, Sam~
Thinking of you.
Enjoy your biscuits & tea!
(((Hugs)))

Got a lot done today and enjoyed IHOP. Grocery shopping, exercising etc...more I got done today on my day off means less to do this weekend so I can relax more and do less. Isn't that what weekends are for?
Sounds like a productive day!! Now relax and enjoy!

By the way on my drive to IHOP I saw a house that had a full Santa/reindeer display still on their roof. Now they can't blame the brutal cold/snow this winter cause it's overall been a mild one. I'm not sure why they haven't taken it down but I smiled when I saw it...
Love it!! I know of a house still decked out. Of course this couple has new vehicles and they are completely covered in bumper stickers. Must be thousands on each vehicle, their case I think they just thumb their noses at public opinion. Still...gotta love em

I am so relieved to hear that it is nothing serious on top of her current circumstances. I hope the herbal remedy works. Glad you had a positive appointment. Continued prayers.

I know!!!! I was saying to my husband that I can't believe we are at this point in the year already! I hope you are enjoying your three day weekend so far! How was IHOP?
Yeah it's scary mid-March already. IHOP was great...took home 2 big pancakes and 2 sausage links too much to eat at once...gonna have it for breakfast this weekend. We talked about taking my mom there for Mothers Day this year in May. Seems far off yet as we know...we'll turn around and it'll be here soon. Crazy time just can't slow down can it? :)
