Seems like half the country is gray and chilly. I guess our early spring was bound to have a few breaks in it!

We are back to having the heater running again today. Rained most of the night and this morning. On a brighter note..H.R. at work called and they accidentally put me in for the rest of my sick time. Off all week now.

I spent the day keeping busy with cleaning, and making our corned beef dinner. Being part Irish I must be sure to have it this time of year like most.
It is also one if the toughest days of the year for me, it is the 25th anniversary of my mother's passing, so keeping busy helps keep it off my mind, but I am emotional and irritable as I usually am on this day.
My weekend off is over, but I have a sequel to follow next weekend.

We have a beautiful bright sunny Spring morning here! It is expected to reach 8C today!!!!! I am so glad for the mild dry temps and the sunshine!!

Mr Festive is back from Germany safe and sound. He had to be in a nearby town for work today though so we will see each other this evening. He brought me back a little snowglobe house ornament that will look so great with the Christmas village Anyway thanks for keeping him in your prayers for a safe trip.

Well I better get a move on with things.
