No ... but when I was 5 or 6, I was the only one in the house that DIDN'T have the flu on Christmas Day. My grandparents came over to look after me and to see if anyone needed anything.

We had a little bit of snow early this morning. Nothing stuck to the ground, but the snowflakes were HUGE! It made for a nice scene outside. Of course I had to listen to some Christmas music.
I recently received some new Christmas albums from Amazon. They are old colonial versions of Christmas songs. I have not listened to all of the new music yet, but I am excited to give a listen.
I really like old style Christmas music. I have some Civil War era Christmas music which is fun to listen to.

Hey all! Hope everyone is well. We have been super busy the past few weeks. So much going on and, before you know it, I haven't stopped by in about three weeks! We have a train in our area that does a Polar Express theme starting in November. Tickets went on sell and they booked the best days quick! Lucky us....I was waiting for the clock to strike midnight. Should be a fun time during the season. Can't wait.
I'm going to stop by tomorrow...we have spring break this week....so I hope to come by and have coffee a few times.

I was sick over Christmas in 1990, it was the last Christmas my mom was alive. We had to cancel the family plans. I felt so horrible for quite a few years after she passed, that she didn't get to see her family her final Christmas.
I would love to listen to Colonial Christmas music, sounds like it could be fun. Enjoy it.
We did that in 2008, it was one of the best times we had, JP was 3, LC was 9 months. To see the look on LC'S face was worth the 4+ hour drive. I hope you have a great time when it gets here.
