Its a soggy Monday in our corner of the world with snow predicted for the end of the week. Last day for the Easter tree to be active then it will be turned into a Spring Tree.

Good Morning MMC...Merry Monday! It is so dreary and raining outside. Easter was great and of course I ate too much! I am just working today and need to run to the grocery store later. Hope you all have a good day!

Good Morning, Loyal Citizens of the great MMC Nation.

And what a great start to the new week, by discovering that we are now inside one month to the 200-day Season Window and the commencement of a 100's level count.
(Just how could we be so far advanced??)

Days to the Season: 230
Days to Christmas Day: 272

And not only are we that close to 200 on our Season count, we are even closer to our actual next Milestone, the 1/3 Christmas Day point, which arrives a day earlier -- four weeks from tomorrow.
(Gee, whiz!)


Wet and cool weather was our situation for Easter Sunday yesterday.
Hopefully, it will be drier and warmer today.
We have started things off for the new week still damp, at 62 degrees here in central North Carolina.

It's going to be a rainy and windy today with temperatures in the mid 50's. I'm heading out soon, I need to go food shopping. Back home afterward to work on the laundry, I was so busy this weekend and it really piled up. I'll probably take down my Easter decorations as well. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Nothing like a dreary Monday to start the week.

Even better my year ends on Thursday, so I gotta use my Good Friday holiday because I worked and Easter holiday because I worked. So my week is over after tonite....btw..I planned this the whole time..lol

Good morning .. Well I am enjoying my last day of 5 days off. Got a house full of kids today, my kids, a couple of their friends and one of our nieces. So much for a quiet afternoon of watching movies LOL ... going to make oatmeal raisin cookies in a bit for the kids. Hope everyone had a nice Easter. It was nice and low keyed for us. We stayed home and I made a nice dinner, it was very relaxing.

We just had my in-laws over for some cake. Now we're about to go for a drive, to take advantage of the nice weather. Trying to enjoy the last few hours of my vacation.

Good Monday Morning MMC! Happy Easter Monday! How was everyone's Easter weekend? I hope it went well. Mine was nice. I actually was going to go to the mall yesterday and luckily I looked up online and found it was closed. I was surprised because they are even open on New Years Day. I didn't think they treated Easter as bigger than New Years. I guess part of that is that New Years people are returning their Xmas gifts they didn't like . Anyway, a full work week for me but I'm looking forward to a lot of things as April approaches. Sunday we'll be going to my Uncle's for the Walking Dead Finale which will be major and having some great food etc. Should be fun. But first we have a 5 day week to go through.
