It's going to be almost 90 here today...I'd love the 50s! It's more iced coffee weather here than hot!

I can't stand hot!
I love 50's too, but typically when we're under the normal temps for highs, we go right into summer and skip Spring Boo!

Afternoon all,
I just had the awkward conversation with the estate agent informing her we would like to leave them. She gave me the end date for our tie in period and hung up. Very abrupt! She never even asked why!!! LOL This tells me that we are making the right decision. They have not followed up on anything we have requested such as a new photo of the front of the house after I painted the fence etc. I have only heard from them twice in two months. I am a really patient and understanding person but I feel like they couldn't care less about selling our house. After today's phone call I believe it to be true!!!!!!!!!!

Now I am back to square one in finding an agent . NOOOOOOO!!! LOL I do believe we are now on the right track though. I am way too nice sometimes.

Sorry for the rant you all! LOL Thanks for listening It's just been very frustrating.

Good morning MMC! Happy Tuesday, Milestone Day!!!! What a gorgeous morning we have going on outside - which was a big surprise. The weathermen were calling for rain today, tomorrow & Thursday but when I woke up this morning I heard the birds chirping, pulled up the weather forecast & wah lah - they took the rain out for today & tomorrow. Our garden could use some rain though...

I ran to the hardware/greenhouse last night & picked up a few flowers & several tomato/pepper plants!! I planted my 1st flower pot last night & he looks SO HAPPY!

LOVE this time of year!!!!

On that note, have a fabulous Milestone Day friends!!

Sending extra prayers for Har! I hope she has a good day today & takes her meds!! Good signs that she ate & played last night - but then the little stinker! Hopefully it was just a fluke! xx Stay warm over there! We have a high of 76 today but tomorrow drops off to 64 for a couple days, then we have a week of highs between 65 & 69. That will be nice walking weather for Gracie IF it's not raining!

Another rainy day today..and another double shift done. I go in for 2 hours tonite and my week is over with. Happy Milestone day!!!

Beautiful flowers. What kind of tomatoes are you planting? We have to wait till mid-May for it to be warm enough to plant flowers on our balcony. My husband just loves it, he looks forward to it every year. We tried growing cherry tomatoes one year but we don't get enough direct sun/heat where we're situated.

We sure wouldn't plant anything this week, it's been below 0°C at night. Sunny days though, which is nice. Even if temps dip during the night, we sleep with our bedroom window slightly open.

I'm off to eat lunch before heading to work. Can't believe how fast the year is going, looking at Crown's countdown. Enjoy your day everyone.

We may plant the tomatoes & peppers yet this week or next week, pending when my hubby can get the garden tilled again. It might be a little early but the forecast looks good - no more freezing temps - though that is subject to change! The tomato I plant the most of is Beefmasters. I also plant Better Boys, (mom likes those) Mortgage Lifters, Brandywine, Mr. Stripey, SunSugars (yellow cherry), & Roma's. At home I have started from seed: SunSugars, Chocolate Cherry, San Marzano's,(Thanks to Maceka's suggestion last year) and I'm trying a new one from Gurneys called Gardner's Choice, and a type of tomato that we have no idea what it is. We call it "Harold" b/c of the man who bought the tomato plant years ago in an unmarked container, loved the tomato so much he saved the seeds & gave it to a local grower, who continues to grow these tomatoes every year. (Obviously an Heirloom tomato) - but they are shaped like a heart, they have very little seeds, & lots of thick meat. This is a HUGE one from last year...

oh don't worry it wasn't a tough decision. I regretted signing with them after the first day but we were tied in for 2 months.
I just can't believe how rude she was. I would have thought they would have at least asked why or thanked us. Just rude!! Shows that they never had our interest at heart.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

We had an uneventful afternoon yesterday. We took Elizabeth to dance class, and made our regular run to Wal-Mart, then to Lowes. I bought a hoe for the garden, so that mean this afternoon is planned out for me.

It's a nice morning, but it's starting to warm up. It's supposed to be in the low 90's by Friday. EEK! LOL
