It was in the upper 40's here this morning. I LOVE IT! It's supposed be in the low 90's again on Sunday, so I'll enjoy it while I can. All my office windows are open. Ahhh!

It's been so busy around here the last couple days, I've barely had a chance to read, much less post. I hope you're all ok! There was a problem on a job site, a potentially big problem, so I've been working feverishly to ameliorate the effects for the contractor. I visited the site yesterday and worked out a plan that fixes the problem for him. It'll be some extra work for me, but that's the job of a Senior Project Administrator, right?

I hope things will be better today. Our manager went to the doctor for more tests yesterday, but I don't think he was given any reason to be more optimistic. Please keep Russell in your prayers for me. Thanks.

My barber did that for his workers who were mothers. Only problem was he never put a sign saying they were going to be closed so I waited a half hour one time and they never opened. That's one good thing about your hair not growing as much anymore...shave it yourself and save time from having to wait at the barbers.

This week is so very tough, I have worked 22 hours 9ver the last 2 dsys, went to JP's first baseball game of the season, which they won 10-9. Plans changed so now we are going to the Black Wolves first playoff game tomorrow night, of course after I work again tomorrow. I am possibly going to end up with 15 hours of OT at time and a half.
I am beat, it is time to get some sleep.

I hope to get caught up soon, I hope I haven't missed anything important.

I stopped by her vet's office over lunch, to pick up medication refills while I was out & about. I guess her doctor had already read the Urinalysis results, and she does have an infection. She hadn't written a report or entered anything into her file yet as she was still seeing patients. But they did fill some antibiotics for me. The receptionist said her doctos notes said she had left me a message, but nothing is on my phone. So hopefully I'll still hear from her by the end of the business day.
Adi says I worry too much, but I know my girl, and when her behavior is off, and I was right. Always trust your gut!

Praying that these help with the symptoms causing her shaking spells, excessive drinking, and having to go outside every two hours, etc.

Prayers for Harlowe...I hope her infection clears up quickly!!

this is turning into a not good week.

My friends in Fort McMurray are safe but so many have no where to go.

Yesterday morning a friend passed away very suddenly. She had a stroke several years ago and recovered from that then had some heart issues which she also recovered from. But yesterday morning had another massive stroke that she could not recover from. Pray for her husband and her family please.

Then got my van back from repair shop to find they did something to the brakes that are now alarmingly noisy, they were fine before taking van in. So I have to drop that off before work.

So off I go, being thankful for so much that I have been blessed with.

Michelle and I are going to an Arts and Crafts festival tomorrow morning. She likes looking for unique jewelry and I like the food and the atmosphere. We especially like going to the festivals in the fall. Love those BER months.

Its another rainy and chilly day. I'm going to work on some chores around the house and then I'll run a few errands when the rain lets up. I decided to cook on Mothers Day instead of going out. We couldn't decide whether we should go out for brunch of dinner. Two of my girls are working, one has a morning shift and the other has an evening shift. So either way one of them wouldn't be able to go with us. I'll just stay home and cook both meals. My parents will join us for dinner. I plan on making a bolognese sauce for dinner. I have a great recipe, it's delicious! I'm going to finalize the menu plan today and make a grocery list. Anyway, not too much else going on here. Hope everyone is well and has a nice day!!!

Late start today because I was up past 9 last night. It was a long day yesterday ~ today should go by fast. I am cleaning/freshening the stock I pulled out of storage today and hopefully getting a pile of paperwork done.

Good Friday Morning MMC! TGIF! Just a quick hello before I post the count. It's miserable out here. It's pouring rain and in the 40s. Welcome to MAY! The last time that I have seen the sun in my area was Saturday. Now they're saying cloudy for Saturday here so I'm not even sure if we will see much sun tomorrow either. I'm looking for it though! We got a lot done yesterday so I'm hoping that I can leave on time today and go home to have a pizza burger and French fries. That's pretty good Friday food.

Good morning MMC! Merry Friday! Yippee!! I'm antsing to get out of here already & it's only 8:40! LOL Sun is shining, it's a beautiful day! Supposed to hit a high of 70º! Bring it on!!

We did go out for Mexican last night. The place was packed! I had a strawberry margarita, plenty of chips & salsa & then of course I couldn't eat all of my meal. So yummy! Our friends who we haven't seen for too long met us there! It was nice!

As soon as I get outa here at noon, I'm picking up Emma to bring her back to Amishville. My friend is riding along & we are going to hit the garden centers over there again. Such a beautiful day for that! Excited! When we get home, we'll be packing up & heading towards the lake for the weekend! Tomorrow is Derby Day & then the Cinco de Mayo party at our landing! Hoping the rain stays away!! Sunday is supposed to be very nice for Mothers Day! We are thinking about smoking some chicken quarters at Moms.

Good morning everyone! Believe it or not we are entering the 1st weekend of May. Feels like only yesterday we were entering the Christmas Season and here we are almost halfway back to it starting all over again. Speaking of let's see how close we are to halfway shall we?

Just like that we are now only 9 days away from hitting the magical halfway point to the Christmas Season! Unbelievable! 1 week from Sunday we will arrive at that special marker.

Currently in my neck of the woods it's in the mid 40s and pouring rain. Not quite May weather but at least it's Friday. Speaking of...have a fantastic Friday everyone!

Merry Friday Friends!! I am late logging on as I had to stand in line this morning for an hour to sign my oldest daughter up for some day trips for the summer but she got all the ones she wanted. A couple to the beach and some shopping trips. Just working now..so happy it is Friday!! My daughter has a track meet at 4 and then a school dance from 6:30-8:30. And my youngest one is going to a sleepover bday party! I am so excited because my furniture is getting delivered tomorrow. We got a new couch and love seat. We also got a new dining room table. I am not sure what we are doing for Mother's day. My Mom passed away 4 years ago so I may have my Dad come over. My husband is supposed to talk to my MIL and invite her over. I think my husband is going to make baked stuffed shrimp...his stuffing is so good! Hope you all have a great day!
