I haven't put the a/c unit up in my bedroom. I've actually woken up feeling chilly most mornings this spring.

LOL - ours was running last night. Our bedroom is upstairs so it's always warmer up there.

Good morning all. We had tornadoes in the state last night. They were pretty far from us, but hate that some other communities experienced them.
Other than that, it's going to be a nice quiet day around here...hopefully.

Good morning everyone, Happy Tuesday!
I only have a few minutes. I'm heading out soon to pick up a few things at the supermarket. Back home afterward to get some chores done. I also have to run to the mall this afternoon to do some clothes shopping. I have to attend a bridal shower this weekend and I want a new outfit. I'll pop back in when I can. Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

About ten minutes after I got home yesterday, I was called back to work to help the guys sort through some hardware. It didn't take long, then I was on the road to take Elizabeth to dance. While she drove, spent the whole trip on the phone, re-explaining the hardware issue to our vendor. Seems like work is never done.

A few minutes ago at the coffee pot, we were talking about a common friend who runs several small businesses, and now he wants my advice on running for county commissioner. He has two small children, and we were laughing that he has too much to do, as it is. Russell walked up and started talking about how life is too short do all that running around, and we should all stop to appreciate what we have.

A sobering reality-check from a man who understands that concept intimately. Thank you, Lord, for the gift of my family!

Same here..we have central air but our bedroom seems to be at the end of the run. We have a window AC we install which I almost every year almost drop it out the window putting it in..lol

Same here..we have central air but our bedroom seems to be at the end of the run. We have a window AC we install which I almost every year almost drop it out the window putting it in..lol

Ours is exactly the same way. The central air just doesn't cool our bedroom upstairs enough for sleeping! We moved our bedroom upstairs 2 years ago & that was my stipulation. We need a window AC or I'm staying downstairs. Ha ha!

3 day work weeks count me in!

Its not always like this but we lost 2 Loss Prevention people and its hard finding a replacement. Went through 30 peeps and 20 didnt pass drug screen,other 10 I just didnt like flat out.

It's 66 this morning with a high of around 86 this afternoon. Beautiful days in May!
But my joy will soon turn to apprehension as I head out to get a root canal in about an hour. OUCH!
Oh well, I should have taken better care of my teeth when I was younger. You reap what you sow. Life lessons, huh?
Anyway, have a great day and maybe I'll get to see you all this evening.
