It's 66 this morning with a high of around 86 this afternoon. Beautiful days in May!
But my joy will soon turn to apprehension as I head out to get a root canal in about an hour. OUCH!
Oh well, I should have taken better care of my teeth when I was younger. You reap what you sow. Life lessons, huh?
Anyway, have a great day and maybe I'll get to see you all this evening.

Good morning MMC! Merry Tuesday! Hope you are all off to a good start this morning!

Weather man says we are supposed to hit 70º today, but chances of rain/storms later. The prediction for Saturday is a high of 56, low of 39 & rain!!

That's like, move your plants inside overnight cold! Uggggh!

Prayers for all affected by the tornado's in OK! Ryan, hope you are all ok! Sounds like TX & the Midwest could have some more nasty storms today. Stay safe everyone!

I only have a few minutes. I'm heading out soon to pick up a few things at the supermarket. Back home afterward to get some chores done. I also have to run to the mall this afternoon to do some clothes shopping. I have to attend a bridal shower this weekend and I want a new outfit. I'll pop back in when I can. Grandma does make everything better! Har was trying to jump in the car with her, she's always a bit sad like her Mom is when Grandma leaves.
She's a stinker, and wouldn't take morning meds. But she did take the antibiotic & furosemide for me tonight.
Glad to be home, it was a long day. But awesome to spend it with Mom!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

About ten minutes after I got home yesterday, I was called back to work to help the guys sort through some hardware. It didn't take long, then I was on the road to take Elizabeth to dance. While she drove, spent the whole trip on the phone, re-explaining the hardware issue to our vendor. Seems like work is never done.

A few minutes ago at the coffee pot, we were talking about a common friend who runs several small businesses, and now he wants my advice on running for county commissioner. He has two small children, and we were laughing that he has too much to do, as it is. Russell walked up and started talking about how life is too short do all that running around, and we should all stop to appreciate what we have.

A sobering reality-check from a man who understands that concept intimately. Thank you, Lord, for the gift of my family!

Remember before modern medicine how bad it was going to the dentist? Doesn't seem bad anymore (at least to me) even when having a surgery.

It won't be as bad as you think. Trust me I had an oral surgery a few years ago after not going to the dentist for a few years. I was so worried but it was not even half as bad as I thought it'd be.

You are so right. I was in and out in 1.5 hours and feel so much better. I might just get a root canal done on all my teeth. **NAH**
