Hi everyone! It is so good to be on these forums again! Despite it being warm and summery over here, I just felt Christmas jitters again so I just had to come to pay a visit. I am happy to see that everyone is doing well.

I think this time of year we all start to get those Christmas jitters. We're heading right into Memorial Day and summer time...which leads us to 4th of July, Christmas in July and the countdown after that to the Bers.

Good Thursday Morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve! Another week is moving pretty quickly here. Another gorgeous morning here with sunshine and mid 50s. Not much better than that. My brother from San Diego text yesterday to say he'll be in town around June 6th-9th. After that he'll be back well...when we're a handful of days away from Christmas. Scary but it feels like he was just here this past December! Anyway, off to work I go and dreams of Friday are going to start pretty shortly.

Ever see a Muppet Family Christmas? It is more of a rare one but a really great one IMO. One of my favorites. It screams Christmas...great for kids and adults.

Good morning all!
Today is my Friday. I only work every other Friday and tomorrow is my day off. Love three day weekends.
We used to work four 10 hour days and had every Friday off. I miss those days.
Today will be full of meetings, but I should have time to visit here also.

And regular readers of our little thread will be well aware of the identity of that pending marker. It's none other than the HALF WAY point to Christmas Season 2016. And it is now less than half a week away!
(The time. It's slipping away so fast. This is scary!)


The predicted rain yesterday never showed up, which was just fine with me.
Today has a dry prediction attached. But, since they were wrong about rain yesterday, perhaps they will be wrong about no rain today. We shall see.
This morning has commenced here at 68 degrees.
(And sure enough, it looks like rain!)

I am so sorry that the deal for the kitten didn't work out. MerryCarey had a great suggestion in checking out shelter/rescue places. The veterinarian you take your fur kids to might have a line on a place to adopt, too. I hope you are able to find your red tabby soon!!
