I hope to shut ours off after today, but we needed it over last week and the weekend. It got down to the 20's some nights.

I agree MC! I refused to get my jeans out this weekend. I couldn't wear shorts, but capri's did the job! We shouldn't be dealing with this in mid-May!

I haven't taken shorts out yet. But I refuse to take out sweaters again.

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

We have a new high school graduate living in house now! He had a great ceremony yesterday, then we went home with extended family and friends for a huge Low Country Boil. Jacob ate all the crab legs he could hold LOL. Then he left to go see a movie with some of his friends. I noticed that his car wasn't in the garage when I went to work this morning, though. Long night at the theater, eh?

Got wind of some work that could intrude on the Memorial Day weekend ... cross your fingers that it won't! I had back-to-back 11.5-hr days on Thursday and Friday, and this would be for the same client.

That does seem unusual for you guys.

For us it's about average. I hope we get some more sun and warmth before freezing temps return in October.

Well we have plenty of months to go for warmth I'm hoping. Just seems like it's delayed a little this year...although March felt warmer than May this year.

Ahh wake up and enjoy it's the 2nd day of the weekend! And not only is it the 2nd day of the weekend but it is a BIG day for us Christmas season fans. Why you ask? Maybe this will be a little hint:

We made it guys! We are now halfway to the Christmas season! Can you believe that? Seriously think about it this way. Remember the last time we counted down the seconds to the Christmas season? Seems like a short while ago doesn't it? Well in that same time period from then till now...we will be once again counting down the minutes to the Christmas season again! That's SCARY! But really exciting isn't it?

It's a beautiful but ironically on this 1/2 to the Christmas season milestone marker feels more like November out! Kinda makes a Christmas season crazy such as myself smile .

I am sure it happen for you guys Plus your Autumn isn't too cold right?

Last Autumn was warmer than normal. But usually September starts out warm 70s/80s sometimes for highs then by October we get more 60s for highs and some 50s by Halloween/November then 40s and well yeah from there the highs get into winter time type by Christmas except last year when it was 65 degrees lol.

Totally agree. I wish it would slow down but I know it won't with the summer always going fast.
