Wishing everyone a good Tuesday. Got some laundry and cooking done this morning. Took Loki for a long walk at the park by the lake. It's my favourite place to walk. And there's Canadian geese and some just had babies, too cute for words. Temps are supposed to go up starting today and sunshine is back. We may have a good end to the month yet.

Well, I'll still send positive thoughts your way.

We sold ours to an investor. They rented it out for a few years until they could move.

And we didn't settle-we got a fair offer.

Just got another viewing booked with another investor for next week. I won't completely rule them out LOL Sorry didn't mean to sound so negative before. It will be great if we got a decent offer. Hearing your experience gives me hope. We don't mind negotiating the price down if it means a solid sale but at the same time can't let it go for too little. Thanks for the luck and positive thoughts!!!

They're great! The buns are put on the grill for just a minute, and steamed with onions. The burgers are small, too. If I'm really hungry, I can eat one in two bites...one, if Nancy's not looking.

Goodness gracious, I'm getting hungry again!

My mouth is watering. I wonder if they would deliver to England! I like that they are small!!!

The goslings are adorable, but AHHHHH! We have an huge over population problem of Canadian geese at our lake. They are SO MESSY!!! I still smile when I see the babies, but I know what's coming... LOL

Just got another viewing booked with another investor for next week. I won't completely rule them out LOL Sorry didn't mean to sound so negative before. It will be great if we got a decent offer. Hearing your experience gives me hope. We don't mind negotiating the price down if it means a solid sale but at the same time can't let it go for too little. Our market was the worst in the nation at the time, so the market value wasn't reasonable, but it was what it was, and we wanted to move back home.
Our offer came in within two days of listing!
There were so many investors out there buying because it was a great time for them, but most homes were trashed and left, and ours was a beautifully cared for home. They knew they were getting a smoking deal- I couldn't control the market so I knew it was a fair offer. If we could've held on for 10 years, we may have made our money back. The market is now on the mend in Las Vegas.

A few days ago someone posted a picture of Santa holding the manger.
I have the same picture on a large canvas that hangs in the living room at Christmas time. Two years ago I had it setting on the mantle. My favorite place, not Michelle's. Last year it was on the opposite wall. #compromise

Good Tuesday Morning MMC! Back to work I go but the cool thing about being off on Monday is you work 1 day and you're already into the middle of the week. I hope everyone had a good night's rest and is ready for today. Speaking of ready I have countdown duties continuing through Friday so I need to get that posted before I head off to work. Anyway, not much to report here except I slept really well over the weekend and I'm hoping that's enough to push me through this 4 day work week.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I cleaned up everything from Jacob's graduation party, loading tables, chairs, cookers & pots and trash, and taking everything where it goes. I'm getting too old for all this heavy lifting! LOL

I did get a sack of Krystals for supper last night. I LOVE Krystals, but they don't fit in my diet. Why are all the best-tasting foods not on my diet?!?

I'm heading out, I have to go back to the supermarket to do some more food shopping. Back home afterward to work on some chores around the house. I'm changing sheets today so I have a lot of laundry to do as well. I think I'm going to call my mother and see if she wants to take a ride over this afternoon to have a cup of tea with me. I can completely understand that. We would have done the same. You guys made a smart decision to suit your circumstances.

We have reduced the price hoping for a quick sale and if nothing happens in the next few months we are prepared to reduce again if it means allowing us to move forward. We are also open to offers under asking price too. Hopefully something will work out soon. I want to move before Autumn and definitely before Christmas season

Good Morning....just work today I am making corned beef and cabbage in the crockpot. My kids have been asking for it so it is so easy in the slow cooker. I just put on some Christmas music....it amazes me how much it relaxes me and lifts my mood.I am going to squeeze in a workout today as well. Hope you all have a wonderful day!
