My kids have been asking for it so it is so easy in the slow cooker. I just put on some Christmas music....it amazes me how much it relaxes me and lifts my mood.I am going to squeeze in a workout today as well. Hope you all have a wonderful day!

We have reduced the price hoping for a quick sale and if nothing happens in the next few months we are prepared to reduce again if it means allowing us to move forward. We are also open to offers under asking price too. Hopefully something will work out soon. I want to move before Autumn and definitely before Christmas season

I think I mentioned on here a couple weeks ago that our neighbors had given us a gift cert to a nursery when my Dad passed away last year. Jim went to order a tree when he was on vacation. Well I got a call yesterday afternoon that they were coming in 20 minutes to plant the tree. Took them about 20 minutes to plant it & now we have a new tree in the front yard, in memory of Dad!

Thanks Festive! Ya, my hubby planted the tree in our back yard in memory of my brother. He said this time THEY are planting it. Ha ha! When he planted, it was a much dryer year, so the dirt was so hard....they had this one in, in no time!
